I would give it 1 star but they earned 2 for the helpful experience prior to purchasing my phone and switching carriers. I have been given the runaround for the past 4 days after calling immediately after purchasing. I was worried about losing a large amount of money I had on a banking application on my old phone that I had not confirmed my identity on to be able to transfer to my new phone. I called and they told me they would be able to hold onto the phone for a day before needing to wipe it and send it back and I was ecstatic! I came back in not even 2 hours later to be told to come back in the following day because they could not locate my device. I agreed that was fine, still grateful I could get my money back and came in the following day. They still could not find it so I was told they would give me a call when they did or come in the next business day when the manager was in. I received no call so I came in the next business day to be told they wiped my phone and sent it back the previous day that I had come in and received no phone call that they found it. Now I have no proof of identity to access my money and then they had the nerve to argue with me as a security guy telling me that even had I gotten my phone that that wouldnt have proved my identity. I know very well what will and will not work. My money is now lost which was worth more than my brand new LG G5 I just purchased from them due to the fact that they could not return a phone call or communicate within themselves...

Very bad customer service. The sales person made a mistake when we purchased the product. I called back on the same day after I found the rate is different on my online account to the one he provided. The sales person mentioned the online system may not be correct and asked me to wait for 24 hours. I called back on the next day since the online balance is still not correct. The other sales person told me the guy I am looking for is with a customer right now and will give me a call back as soon as possible. He is not able to help me correct my balance. After 20 minutes, I called the store again and was told that the guy I am looking for is not working today and ask me to call tomorrow. When I asked that guy when that particular sales person will show up tomorrow and got an answer - I dont know. I dont know why I got different answers on the last phone call but I feel they are not trying to solve the problem they made. They just tried to ask you to call on the next day and wish we can give up. Then they can hide the mistake they made.

I went in to learn about my options for a new phone. Employee was not helpful at explaining phone choices. Told me wrong specs, wrong ship dates, didnt explain all of the available promos for the phone I was asking about, and since I was in store I didnt double check everything. On the plus side, it wasnt busy so I didnt have to spend too much time in the store. Employees were friendly enough. I am going to have to double check everything any rep tells me from on after this experience.

Hated the service here. The person who helped me was very disgusted at me and thinks that I dont understand English. Just because Im Asian you dont have to discriminate us. I really hated the person who helped me because she was not even smiling. Anyways the one in downtown Seattle are much more way better than this people.

Sold on a plan that didnt really exist, they said they would only charge for a period of time I had the service, but I was charged the entire amount, then they mentioned that amount will be in the mail, 4 months later after receiving nothing back, I was told I will not be receiving any refund due to some creative policy.

My experience was very good. I was there to get a micro SIM for my iphone and Jeremy helped me with it. He was very helpful, quick to replace my SIM and suggested good options for my roaming needs. Also he did not charge me anything for the new SIM replacement.

Very rude employees. I was trying to check how the wireless chargers worked so I picked it up. Immediately an employee swooped in and told us to get out of the store because we touched their property. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

This is a pretty good T-Mobile. If youre already with the company and in the area its a great stop. They can get busy fast which can bog down service jsut as fast.
