This is a great Sprint store. Stuff are very friendly they are professional and patient. I was there for my services and observed the stuff helping out many happy customers. Giving customer bill credits for their troubles and frustrations. Willing to offer discount for special circumstances. Their stuff are problem solvers. I tied the "bring your own device" program, and my old Nexus 5 uses the big SIM card. They dont have that size SIM card in store they were able to gave me a used Android phone and activated a new line in my account all for free. Now my visitor have a phone to use, it is even free. :-) I am happy that I switched from At&t and took advantage of their cut bill in half promotion. Visit this store for your wireless needs.

Avoid Sprint at all costs! When I switched over from Verizon to Sprint, they shut off my daughters phone too early, costing my $30 to over night. I also signed up for a BOGO iphone. I was told that second phone wouldnt be charged and that I would get a credit for the first month. 5 months and hours on the phone with them, they are still charging me for the phone and have not gotten any credit. i have called 4 times and each time "the problem is taken care of and you will receive credit on the next bill". Nope. Wrong. More corporate run around. They now say it my fault. Right. How convient. Check online! Lots of stories of Sprint lying and stealing peoples money.

I came here last a year ago, and let me tell you - horrible experience. After Michelle, the regional manager at the time, helped me with the issue following our disappointing encounter with Destonee, we decided to give this place another chance today. Julie and Julia were totally awesome. Both were super helpful and got us in and out super fast; they went above and beyond the call of duty - especially when the learned of our previous, negative experience. Highly recommend stopping by when these two are running the show!

One of the worst experiences ever. I went in to switch during the Sprint pays your cancellation fees to switch, and they didnt pay the cancellation fees. It ended up costing me over 300$ to switch. They lied and mis led me. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Incompetent manager and employees. Was told faulty information by employee about costs and then they wouldnt keep the deal they said they could do verbally as well as written. Go to a regular sprint store not this authorized reseller owned by clowns.

Thank you, Michelle! Great service. Great knowledge. Great attitude toward people! We drove all the way from Puyallup because of the postivie reviews and were not disappointed. Highly recommended, especially compared to the mall stores.
