Mira hoy día lunes 15 de mayo pase por la tienda AT&T para mí mayor sorpresa me encontré con un individuo tan resista e incompetente que de verdad no lo podía creer que a mi estuviera pasando esto el manager Kevin no se el apellido pero se que se llama Kevin no iso nada por alludarme aunque el miro que yo tenía la razón el solo dijo que eran reglas a seguir la verdad que no lo recomiendo para nada si eres latino que pases a esa tienda por qué sentirás la descriminacion fatal la verdad que nisisquiera mire el nombre de la persona tan mediocre y racista que me atendió por lo enojado que estaba pero esa tienda de la 14 en San Leandro es lo más descriminatoria que aiga visto me gustaría expresar lo enojado y frustrado que me siento por esto que me pasó hojala alguien de sus superiores vean este mensaje y tomen cartas en el asunto !!!!

Absolutely failed to do what they said they would do, I bought phone replacement insurance, went in to talk to a representative, they had me fill out the paperwork, I called Asurion (phone replacement insurance that AT&T contracts out to) to check the status and they said a claim was never filed on my behalf, I had to start a new claim and wont get a phone before my trip Even better when you shake the guys hand and say "thanks! I really appreciate the help" and he does nothing, wtf Absolute garbage, it would have been easier to just go online that Saturday and fill out the claim myself, I should have known by the previous reviews how crappy this store is...

As a corporate account holder I tried to change the billing address with AT&T and found that they needed a pin number I did not have and they wanted a phone number that was not our main line. They told me I could not pay them other than my personal credit card. Whoa! I dont pay corporate accounts with my personal credit card. What moron would even suggest a thing. They would not send a statement to the correct address and would not even work with me to send an email statement to pay from. This company must be to big to fail because that mentality to refuse money is over the top, stupid.

I am still trying to recover from simply ordering a phone that was to be delivered to this store more than a month ago. The phone never came and the order was canceled by the STORE MANAGER. AT&T billed me for the FULL price of the phone and all of my subsequent payments went to pay off a PHANTOM phone. I have escalated this issue twice to supervisors and I am still waiting for resolution. This is unbelievable, as I have been with AT&T for years. The longevity of my relationship is the only reason I am giving this store 1 star

Horrible customer Service ! We went to this store on 1/08/2015 knowing that At&t not longer offers a 2ys contract and looking to upgrade/options for 5 lines and possibly 38 from work At&t hostess and Rep Seith were really rude. Seith never took the time to ask for my name or needs. I was looking to sign my 5 lines and 38 more from work to a next program, but this rep just reminded me of the horrible customer service that At&t now offers I will be better off with a different carrier.

I will admit, the last time I went in this store two years ago I got so frustrated with how rudely I was treated that I walked out and had not been back since. Today I I got up the nerve to go back. I went in to purchase new headphones and a new case and was greeted by Jennifer at the door. She was so amazingly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable that I was in shock! I only came for two very simple items, but she treated me as if I was a platinum customer.

For a cellular store, this place runs pretty well. We had a couple of issues ordering my girlfriends phone as well as my service plan, but after a couple of trips to the store and talking with the saleswoman, they were able to fix everything as well as get my girlfriend her phone. Only issue with this store is the limited parking that the building has. I would rather go to this store than my local store that appears to be trying to rip me off.

I have called several times to inquire as to whether they have a battery for my phone. I have gone to one store already and they didnt have them. I just want to inquire as to whether they have the device or where else I can get it. No one ever answers the phone. I visit the store and they try to sell me everything that I dont need. Now that there is something I do need, theyre useless.

Great service. Staff works very hard for you. The place is a great madhouse with all the excitement of getting new gear. Staff member named Eldrin was so helpful and considerate. My purchase tonight was less than $100, but Eldrin stood by me as though I just dropped a grand on an iPhone 7. Oscar also is a solid guy, doing the right thing for customers. Good service and attitude.

Never a problem, already a 10 year costumer. I did tried VZ just to get scam, charge me to get in, get a bad smart phone refuse to make corrections they ended keeping .my new phone and money. In exchange loose a costumer. AT&T is.more friendly and more easy to.make changes. Less waiting....
