Well giving them 2 stars its really not deserved! I would give them a 1 or .5, yes a half of a star. For the simple fact calling in I have had the worst experience with this location. Unfortunately, this branch location is my go to since it is down the stress from my home. I deal with 1 lady only her name I believe is Naleah ( something like that), shes very calm and has a great personality and always so helpful. She remembers me every time I walk in, even if it been months or a year. But my experience on the phone was completely horrible just horrible and it was so annoying. Of course I asked for their names. The first 2 times Ive called two different young ladies answered very unprofessional at that, they proceeded to look to see if my order was there and it was not when asked about a loaner phone(because my business is ran through my phone and emails), I had got two different answers which was very frustrating and when I went in to check on it, it so happens it was never confirmed it was ordered. Surprisingly I was calm and it wasnt a big deal I guess its cause my usual girl helped me out. Then I called on Friday, yes this past Friday... Finally the person I wanted to speak with, it was the manager that answered he stated his name Jacob and I filed a complaint bout the two girls that answered and it was like he was getting upset I was complaining and he wasnt trying to address the situation. So I am very disappointed and because I wouldnt want anyone else to have the same issues as a valued paying customer ( lets just say people work hard for their money) I am directly to "Jacobs district manager, and the manager on top of them. Lets just say the whole store needs a make over, keep my sales or customer service rep there (the young lady who helps, has great customer service and I apologize for not sayin her name correctly). If anything maybe she should be the manager. If these kids really need their job they should work like it. Thats all I have to say!

There are two reasons I dont really like going to any T-Mobile at all. 1. Long lines and even looooooonger waiting time. 2. They are unable to fix the receiving of international texts. The first reason (1.) happens in every T-Mobile store Ive been so far. Unless youre really lucky and come in on a day when everybody is out of the country/town and has no problems with their carrier. Dont come in the afternoon, or very late afternoon (try early mornings or midday, when people are still working and are not on a break), because it will be packed. After work/dinner is obviously the prime time to come in and deal with the problem/purchase/questions you have. They should be more consistent (sometimes they do that, most of the times they dont) and have a person write your name down at the door so at least you know youre in line and will be served at some point. The second reason (2.) is more of a personal problem, since the rest of the population obviously doesnt care too much about the international texts (hey, I have friends overseas, sorry). Ive been to T-Mobile (and their online support) countless times, hoping that this time they will tell me something that will solve the problem. Nope. I gave up on it, cause I was told this was just not going to happen. The staff is very nice and they really are trying, but this is obviously a matter higher up the "food chain" that nobody knows/wont give the answer to. The thing that I dont like is, that even though its not my mistake, but clearly on their side, they do not offer any kind of compensation for that. Nevertheless the store itself is clean, offers a variety of phone accessories and phones. Another plus side, they are open late - until 9pm.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I go in there to buy the new s6 edge plus, and you would think the sales reps would posses a slight amount of initiative or manners when a customer comes in to buy a phone because they get COMMISSION on each purchase, but no. No initiative, no sense of urgency, no customer service skills whatsoever. I called prior to going in. They said they didnt have any screen protectors and only 1 case left for the s6 edge. So once I went in, I waited 45 minutes for someone to help me because the employees were too busy having casual conversation and obnoxiously laughing. Then, another customers card was declined so they instantly assumed the system was down. Whats more probable, an entire system crashing or someones card getting declined.... in the end, they said cash transactions only. Not once did someone attempt to be of assistance, and on top of all of this, they had an abundance of cases and screen protectors. DO NOT GO INTO THIS LOCATION. .

Terrible . Not helpful at all. The lady rep . Had attitude, didnt put any effort in trying to help me. I told her that the other rep tried to help me last week with my issue. She says , oh shes In Training!! So , whats that supposed to mean? In my opinion at least she tried. Than the other lady , offers to help and basically didnt help me at all . And she was the rep who had my iPhone 7 ordered . The supervisors pants are hanging down . Very unprofessional.. A bunch of young kids working there who have No idea what customer service is!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my almost 40yrs of life, i stood in line for 2hrs before I got any help, all the manager could say was u can come back later! I wanted to call him some choice word because he wasnt doing anything to help anyone :( for the staff the date was 4/18/13 so u know who u are dont let me see u in traffic! Rating fair is to good for them so Im rating poor!

Very poor customer service skills across the board. Even after a whole new management team Its same ole dog and pony show. I guess their support staff would really only act like they gave a dam whether or not you understand your plan completely. Bad service. Boo!!!!!!
