Garbage dump for staff. Ghetto customer service. After numerous trips over two months of problems with my phone they tell me that my phone can be replaced because i was under warranty.. Go figure. Manager told me they would call me when my warranty phone was in. They never called. Said it would take two days. Took 10 days and they never called. Changed up my phone and told me he could not help me change apps or save contacts yet they helped woman next to me do it. They hate whites and other nationalities here. Give special treatment to men. Saying sir and can i help you. Treated me like crap. Very unprofessional team. They all say different things. No consistency. Manager appears developmentally off acted like a teenager talking to staff and customers in an unprofessional manner. Security guard acts like people are going to steal things and overly suspicious. I hope they close this store. Im over it.

I lost my cell and bought a new one here. They activated the number under the wrong name and I got voice messages from my brothers number (family plan) and my brothers phone was deactivated the entire time. Go to ANOTHER MetroPCS

nothing is good about this store, They close before before there listed times. There customer service is terrible. There sales people arent very friendly not very professional appearance or professional attitude.
