They robbed me I bought the awakening dlc for black ops 3 and they gave me the code in a receipt and when I went home to put the code it was already taken so game stop gave me a used code shame never coming again

Ever since Jose the manager left the customer service went downhill. The store is unorganized always a mess. They really need help here. Just a bunch of idiots with no real knowledge of games.
