Ive had decent experiences at this store - with Verizon employees who were helpful (in explaining options to me) and friendly. But, I cant say that about my experience tonight. I walked in intending to upgrade and get a new phone - and walked out so flustered and confused because of the sales associate who was assigned to "help" me. When I let her know that I was feeling confused and felt that it was way over my head (prices were more than I expected, the terms of the payment plan vs contract was not clear to me, etc.), she got very exasperated and said "Really?" Her assumption was that I was feeling in over my head financially, which is why she reacted with judgment. But actually, I meant that I was overwhelmed by trying to understand the options. Instead of writing down a few prices and details, or showing me a screen with the details of the contract, she just continued to raise her voice to me. As if speaking louder would help me understand ... It was such an incredibly rude experience. Im not a fan of writing reviews like this, but if I can save someone else the stress of walking in with a mission and walking out empty handed but with an elevated blood pressure, then great. This may be crazy, but if Im going to drop a few hundred dollars on a device, I want to understand what Im signing up for ...

Complete scam artist. I went in because my phone broke and the manager and one of the sales Assosiates lied to me and tricked me into getting a 650$ phone.. I was told that my phone would be 1$ a month for 24months and then today there is 650$ charge on the account.. I specifically asked soo many times if there was any hidden charged and I was told that there was none. Do not believe anything these workers tell you they are only trying to benefit themselves!!!!! I cant wait till this store opens in 45 minutes so I can go and speak to the main manager... I am so pissed

The managers are Liars! After being a Verizon customer for years and years I went into the store to adjust my account and they lied to me putting me in a position where they said I could upgrade my account and get all this free stuff and then the next month there was a $350 charge. I called and spoke with the manager and she admitted to her mistake and said that she was going to submit the paperwork to fix it but it didnt. Now Im stuck with this charge or I have to leave the company.

I love the staff here. Super diverse and incredibly helpful. I was so stressed out about my phone malfunctioning (couldnt connect to network and after a reset, couldnt even activate iphone). After talking to tech support representatives on phone, they passed it over to in store staff to switch out my SIM card. Just like that, Im back online. They didnt try to sell me a new phone before exploring all my troubleshooting options. I really appreciate that. Bless them all.

Convenient local Verizon shop in the area; however, customer service is mediocre. I was in the middle of getting the attention of a rep to ask him about one of the phones on display, and midway he just diverted away because another customer walked into the store. Reps are not that knowledgeable on the devices, just want to push a sale.

Regular neighborhood Verizon store with good service. Went to change out my sim for a new phone I received for Christmas. After short wait, salesperson on the floor was able to do it for me know problem.

Salesperson was a misleading. I tried to return one phone for another, they told me it would take 30-40 mins, it took 10. They told me it would be 3-5 weeks to get my new phone, it was 2. Hmm...
