Store employees need better training because they are clueless. I have a Moto X Pure Edition that is fully unlocked and even works on Verizon and this female employee is tryin to tell me that I need an unlocked phone for the MetroPcs sim card to work in my phone. I am not a newbie or clueless when it comes to phones so I know what my phones are capable of when I purchase them. The worst part about my experience with the female employee is that she seemed like she wanted to be right about my phone when she knows nothing of what my phone can do. The Moto X Pure Edition works on all 4 major carriers and I know because I have tried all 4 sim cards on my phone. I even gave them the correct password to my account and they seem to tell me that they cannot find my account on their system. Like I said before earlier, they need better staff in this store

Well I have been with metro for about 10 years and I must say I have never had a good experience in this store the customer service team do nothing but the bare minimum if anything at all ...I even had one call me a liar!! Im seriously thinking of changing my carrier since Im in the market for a new phone..thats another thing...y in the last 10years have I not even once been givin any kind of discount or upgrade not nothing ....I must be crazy to still keep them as my carrier for this long...

Dreadful. Slow customer service. Went in on the one day I have off (Sunday) with a phone that had suffered an internal error (which we had nothing to do with). We ordered a new phone and were told that it would be there in 5-12 days. Its been 13 (business) days and this branch JUST ordered our new phone today! We called after 5 days, after 8 days and after 12 days and were always to just call back tomorrow. This is a corporate office, but theres one down in San Francisco-GO THERE!

Nothing worse than someone who lies to get your money. My phone crashed, they told me that there was nothing they could do to fix it, and wanted me to buy a new phone. So I went to another place called get wireless in Concord, they told me the same thing. I bought a used one, then gave my not working phone to my roommate, and she had it working in less than 5 minutes. Now Metro is making me upgrade to a new phone because they merged with Tmobile , I better get a free upgrade?

This store does not even have a number that you can contact. the two they provide dont go any where and the automated system leads you in circles, quite rude. If your going to have customer service make sure that its for the customer, not to make the egos of telemarketers better. Dont provide numbers that are not going to help the customers, and we pay taxes for the good people of America, not ones that cannot even do the simple task of picking up a phone.

This is the worst metro pcs I have ever experienced. They scammed me and didnt break down the smart pay plan. My iPhone is worth 700$ but Im paying 1700 because of interest and taxes that they DID NOT EXPLAIN! Who ever is in charge of this store needs to tell there employees how to explain the smart plan because they r putting people in debt.

Horrible customer service Ive ever experienced. They dont even smile or greet you. You walk in there & expect friendlier experience, but not at this location. No, at this store, they act supurior over you as if we dont have a choice! I would avoid this location at all cost.
