I went to this location to finance a iPad, so they sent me the wrong one and then I had canceled the financing plan. Its 21 days later and no money back. Every time I call the woman whos in charge is hanging up in my face, shes being rude to me over the phone and shes refusing to help me. Im not sure her name because she wouldnt release that information but she was working on April 21 at 1:00 PM. She says the manager was out for the day. shes refusing my phone call and all I want is my money back I paid for financing the iPad. She was being very unprofessional, rude, and offensive. She cursed me out, talking to me with a serious attitude. I was being talked to like I was on the the street, and she wasnt working. She was making threats just A horrible sprint experience at the Lakeshore location. If I was the owner, I would reavaulate my employees, definitely the women working at the time mentioned!

My fiance and I went in to see if they might know of restaurant recommendations in the area. We just moved to the area and are both Sprint customers. The two ladies working (Karise and Amber I believe) were VERY helpful...and we werent buying anything new! The recommended place turned out to be great, and my (now) husband and I frequent there. I didnt expect to actually receive much help since we both were already Sprint customers and didnt need any new services or anything...goes to show how much care they actually have for their customer :) I look forward to working with them in the future.

When I was visiting a friend I went to pay my bill and a few days later my phone was turned off. I was told I never paid my bill and I was out $500 in California when I live in pittsburgh. I was a miles away from home with no phone it was an awful experience. One employee pocketed my money and made for an awful time for me. When I called company headquarters they told me they could do nothing about it. I would never recommend sprint to anyone the company is underhanded, sneaky and thieves.

i hate this store so much. for further references, please go to the one in emeryville, small store, but always tons of associates to help. sometimes they do take your time with you, but i always leave understanding everything and a satisfied sprint customer. always had extremely bad experiences at this store. always had to pay crazy stupid fees for no reason when i trust the associates to do what they tell me. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I always dread having to the store when I have a problem with my phone, but I recently had to stop in when my iphone suddenly stopped charging. There were approx 6 customers in the store when I walked in so I thought it would be a long wait. To my surprise they were able to help me fairly quickly and greeted me right away. I defiantly recommend going to this Sprint store if you in the area.

Stopped in with an issue with my phone, was helped by the store manager a lovely gentleman named Pierre. He answered all my questions and helped get me setup with the new Samsung Forever plan, I really appreciated the genuine costumer service I received here as that was not my experience at other locations like the Southland Mall and San Leandro stores. Sprint Rep Pierre & Store Manager offers great customer service in and out in less then 5 minutes. My phone has been frozen since 8:30 am this morning, I have been unable to dial in or out, send messages etc... I attempted a soft re set nothing. There was no waiting in line, Pierre, was curterous,, listened to my issues a few moments later I was only way. Thank you

Excellent service! From getting me all possible discounts to switch over my account from T-Mobile, to setting up my phones, assisting with a phone return, and now a lost phone. Pierre and Jannice have gone beyond what any phone carrier has done to make sure I was getting the best possible service. In addition, phone support has been very helpful. Thanks Sprint Team!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff was super nice when they realized they could sell produt to me, but did NOT help me set it up. I drove home thinking everything was fine, and had to drive over there 5 minutes later. An hour after heading home the second time I am still trying to fix my phone, it is NOT working. Poor service, I walked out without help.

I had the worst customer service experience The staff were very unprofessional and often misinform customers about sprint products. They messed up my account and I had to call customer service online and fix it that helped me lower my monthly bill by $100. I would never recommend this store to anyone!

It was really busy so I was here for a long time. Both the manager Pierre & sales associate Roderica were awesome. Roderica was very knowledgeable & Pierre was great at multitasking. Both were entertaining. They even gave me a piece of their pizza!!! I mean, cmon. 5 stars fo sho. Thanks guys!

Every time I come into this store I always get a warm and inviting welcome. THE staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. They are always able to help me with any issues I have with my phone of services. I highly recommend this store for all your service needs.

Im a loyal Sprint customer and Ive always been satisfied with the service until this last visit. When I went in to upgrade my daughters and my phone, I was tricked into paying for cases and screen protectors I thought I was getting for free. I was not happy.

This is not actually a "Sprint" store... The store says "Sprint" all over it, but they are not a real Sprint store. The were unable to access my account information after my phone was stolen at gun-point the night before. They were extremely unhelpful.

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. It shouldnt take 3 hours to get a phone--not even switching to the carrier, but simply an upgrade! Especially when youre one of the only 3 customers in the store!!! Never again.

Store is great! Right when I walked in I was helped even though it seemed like it was a busy day, and the employee that helped me knew exactly what she was talking about and had me in and out of there with a replacement phone very quick.

Its a Sprint store, and theres not really much more to be said. Its OK, if you know what youre doing youll be fine. If you dont, prepare to be massively upsold. They do give faulty info sometimes, so be aware of that.
