Lets face it, sometimes you make stuff you know youre not going to keep. I was making a costume and didnt want to spend a lot. Female at fabric counter was friendly and professional and helped me choose sufficient interfacing and fabric that would do just fine. Male at chechout was also friendly and professional. Store was clean, had lots of selections/options, and the items I needed were on the shelfs (unlike a nearby competitor who is always out of the one item I go for.)

Great place to get your craft on or for kids to buy their craft supplies. The ladies at the fabric cutting area are helpful if you have sewing questions. Large cotton, fleece, outdoor and home fabric selections. Clean, organized and usually fully stocked. Be sure to sign up for the Jo-Anns mailing list to get the coupons.

Friendly and helpful staff. Weekly sales on seasonal fabrics, yarns, and craft materials. Love the percentage-off coupons, especially the 50% and 60% off, that are emailed. The cashier can scan it from my phone, rather than wasting ink and paper to print out a hard copy coupon.

The staff is what makes this store set apart from a rude chain. The quilting fabrics are a two but the sale coupons make this a good place for interfacing and notions
