Im in Bremerton visiting my grandson from Jersey for my BIRTHDAY when I get a call from Flower Elegance that someone sent me a bouquet and that they didnt have the flowers the person sending to me ordered in stock so that they would deliver to me the next day. Now its Saturday and still no flower delivery.!!!!! What kind of a business is this. Who ever sent me the flowers paid them to be deliver on my BIRTHDAY which was the 27th of January. Im livid Im leaving back home soon and still no flowers. Very disappointed in this Flower shop and they are closed SUNDAY

While deployed at sea I arranged for flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. Now its the 18th of February and they still havent been delivered. My wife called the other day and they said she would have to come get them. Ive tried to call today and no one picks up the phone, even though Google says they are open. I do not recommend Flower Elegance to anyone!

The only place in town that you can grab a $5 bouquet! Waaaaaay better then a cheap Safeway bundle. Plus they have lots of cute little gifts
