I know a number of people who will not use Flowers to go due to there police of giving a rose to the person whos name is on there Markie. They have pet names they Use and Debra or Debby,(Debbie) is not one of them. Having lived in Silverdale for two years now and never once seen it displayed speak with Debra at the Local Safeway who has been there 15 year and she has never seen her name. says pet names only, and they have some really strange names. I personally make sure I drive by the store every day. So my Question is WHATS UP???

I spent $150 on flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day. I told them they have to be delivered by one just to be safe since she gets off at two. They didnt show, then I waited on hold for ten minutes before hanging up and calling back. They said sorry and they cant guaranteed delivery times. WTF whats the point in delivering something to someones work after they are gone for the day. No offer to comp purchase our even a discount, just we are sorry. I would have given zero starts if possible!

My initial flower delivery was not in the blue vase I ordered and I was disappointed with the florists choice arrangement that was delivered. I emailed the shop and the next day received a phone call. They sent another arrangement, much more to my liking, and in the blue vase to rectify the situation. I give them 5 stars due to their quick response to the issue. Customer service appears to be important to this shop.

I just recd the most amazing bouquet. Its absolutely stunning: One bouquet on the bottom inside a large clear vase, with a second bouquet in a second vase on the top. It has a "necklace" of birch slabs from branches; a sturdy frog, just creative and good. The designer was Erin--I called to get her name for the next time I need to send flowers. This is really innovative and pretty.

When I called to place my order I was met with a very friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the line. They were filled with knowledge and very helpful. Very friendly and helpful. Large assortment of flowers in a quaint atmosphere make for a pleasant purchasing experience.I always have my bouquets made up while I wait and my orders are always made promptly. I recommend this particular shop to my friends and family. Their involvement in community affairs through fund raising projects is to be commended.
