So disappointed! I had a coupon that I got as a birthday gift. I decided to upgrade for $10. The care and attention that was put into my "lovely mix" was anything but lovely. It was the saddest bouquet I had ever seen put together by a florist. 6 carnations with very little greens to fill my vase. Not even any babys breath. Im pretty sure I could have spent my $10 getting flowers at Costco. When I asked the girl about the arrangement she didnt seem to care that I wasnt happy. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my friends and family on Facebook. I will never go back there again!

I will NEVER order flowers from this florist ever agin! I wanted to send my mother a beautiful bouquet for Mothers Day. I live in NV and could not hand deliver them. I called her local florist flowers to go so they could make something pretty for my mother vs ordering online. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED NO LILLIES as my mother is extremely allergic to them! They delivered her a full bouquet of Lillies! When I called flowers to go to asked what happened they were so RUDE, agreed to exchange them, and HUNG UP on me! Then they CHARGED ME TWICE and I am still waiting for my money back!

The care, time and attention the florists put into my simple order was amazing. Though I only ordered three stargazer stems, they took the time to wrap each stem individually with water, wrapped it all very nicely and I was proud to give the finished product to my mom. I would suggest planning for a longer wait due to the preparation time, but it will be worth it!

Never has flowers in the shop they always have to order them. You cant just walk in and pick up a bouquet of your choice.
