Ordered a set of flowers, chocolates, and a bear for my wife for her birthday. I needed it delivered because I am currently over 5,000 miles away from home and am missing yet another one of her birthdays. It was already hard enough to get ahold of them back home with the time zone and limited means of communication. I was assured it would be delivered right to our doorstep as a surprise. Well, come to find out my wife was told that it wasnt going to be ready until many hours after I was promised, so she had to go pick them up herself. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME. Those flowers were supposed to be delivered on time to our address, no ifs, ands, or buts. That is the only reason why I chose to trust them with the simple task that I could have had a buddy of mine do. I dont care that they refunded the delivery charge, let her pick more flowers/chocolate/and a bigger bear, THEY HAD ONE JOB to do AND COULD NOT DELIVER (no pun intended). I would have gone with someone else, and will most certainly never consider them for any further products or services.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They sent me flowers that looked nothing like what I had ordered. When I called and asked, the woman got my information then said she would call me back. She never did. I called back the next day and the woman was very rude for no reason. Saying that since I had gotten the flowers through another site they cant do anything about it, and the reason those flowers that I had gotten were not on their site was because they were so ugly. At this time I just wanted a refund or the difference from the flowers I had got. She said that they couldnt refund me because they didnt take my money, and I had to call the place I had ordered them from. So I did. The woman I had talked too was very nice and said that they do send the money to them. Just very poor customer service and I will never get flowers from there again.

I have done business with Yelm Floral for many many years. They have always provided me with excellent Quality and Service. Being a florist in the past I under stand the issue of Yelm Floral not being able to refund money when someone orders from an internet order gather (example: From You Flowers, Just Flowers, Wesley Berry Flowers, Proflowers and or 1800Flower). From what I recall Flower Shops dont get money from internet order gathers. A percentage or the cost of the flowers are sent to the flower shops 60 days later, after the flowers have been delivered to the customer. From the wire service the internet order gather has chosen to use, to send the flower shop the order.

Didnt actually order through them because they are clearly incompetent. I called asking if they could do green lilies for my wedding since the florist that I currently have says that her grower cant do them this year and the florist at Yelm Floral tried to convince me that there are no such thing as green lilies. I finally told her that yes they are a thing and that I just wanted to know if her grower could get them. She called them and even after being told by them that they were a real thing, she continued to try to say that they were not. How can you be a florist and not even know that a green lily is a real thing?

In the summer of 2014 I ordered flowers for my sister in a different state than I. The florist Monique said after noon they deliver the next day but went above and beyond to be sure my sister received her flowers for a Special Birthday. Additional, she was honest that the picture on internet was one-sided and agreed to make a full arrangement. Monique was very helpful and reassured me that the poor comments are the only ones posted and that none of their happy customers post. Monique, thank you and heres a positive comment! Keep up the excellent service!

My daughter-in-law has loved both bouquets I have ordered from this florist, had a little hiccup on the first delivery but they made it happen. I appreciate the 10.00 promotional discount and I would have given you five stars but the service charge was misleading. But other than that a job well done.
