I shop here every so often, great in a pinch because its closer than Safeway, but its also typically a smaller selection and more expensive. Normally I dont write reviews, but my experience there tonight was incredibly discouraging and I know the extra drive the Safeway is definately worth it. Im 31, my Fiance is 26, we both look age appropriate and were well dressed, we went in to buy a mid level bottle of wine for dinner on our way home tonight and I pulled out my ID to pay and the cashier demanded both IDs. Because we were running errands, my Fiance didnt have her purse. The cashier refused to sell us the wine. It was frustrating and partially embarassing because Ive never been denied a product that we can legally buy. Once I buy it, then its on me not to provide it to a minor. Does this also mean that parents with children under 21 or without ID cannot buy alcohol? I felt like the cashier was accusing me of attempting to provide alcohol to minors. Weve purchased wine this way many other times and never had this happen. Called and talked with the manager who was very nice, and he said its up to the discretion of the cashier at how comfortable they feel with the sitation. I feel that they should get a consistant policy so they have clear rules and policies. I encourage anyone reading this to just go to Safeway.

Considering they have lost 50% of their business to safeway, you would think their deli employees could look up to acknowledge one of their last remaining customers. Overpriced and poor produce section. Only reason I still go is for boars head meat and grand central bread. Even with gas prices I will drive the extra 2 miles to new seasons!

We purchased our wedding cake here and couldnt have been happier. Beautiful and delicious! We originally were working with Jenn at the Wilsonville Lambs, but unfortunately that location is now closed. We had pink champagne, marionberry poppyseed, and tollhouse fudge, and they were all amazing.

Bales is upping their selection of natural foods and organics. The store is definitely moving more in the natural foods store direction and that is something that will keep me shopping at this location.

It is a fine grocery store that is close to a lot of town houses within suburbia. It also has a post office, which is cash only. The downside of the parking and access is terrible for here.

Very close by and great selection with the local small town feel. Some of there items are more expensive but they have great customer service.
