The person I spoke to was very nice. However, I paid $78.30 to have a very cheap looking bouquet delivered to my wife five blocks away. Although this was a somewhat late request on valentines Day (11:30 am order)I feel that I was severely taken advantage of. I wish I could post a picture of it so you could see for yourself. I will never use this florist again ever. Rushed or not you should always present a quality product. Mirage Florist really missed the mark here. Buyer beware!!! Quick update: they have offered to reimburse $59.99 for the flowers but I have to eat the tax and delivery charge. I guess this is better then nothing. Thank you Mirage Florist. However, accusing my wife of breaking a rose and hanging up on her twice is unacceptable. We will not return.....
