I must admit I was a little concerned after reading the previous review, but I figured everyone has an off day from time to time, and the shop was near the delivery address. I ordered from a lady named April who was friendly and helpful. I ordered at 8:30am and the flowers were delivered by noon! They have a great email delivery system that confirm delivery promptly after the fact. Most importantly, the flowers were beautiful! I was trying to impress a new girlfriend and I think they may have done the trick!! I let her do the rating and she gave them a definite 5 stars. About the other review: April did mention their 100% guarantee and seemed to be sincere in addressing any customer concerns. Im going to try to post a photo (pink roses - taken with a cell phone so its not a great photo but the flowers were beautifull)

This is the second time my husband has overpaid for a lackluster arrangement from Petal Patch. Last time I didnt say anything because I absolutely do not want to hurt my husbands feelings, however unfortunately this time due to the exceedingly poor quality of the arrangement, I will have to tell him. My husband spent $60 on a dozen bruised and practically expired tulips. The fillers were also bruised and torn in some spots. Severely disappointed, and absolutely not what I was hoping to receive (nor what my husband was hoping to send - Im sure!) for our 5 year wedding anniversary. In fact, as I wrote this one of the petals fell off onto my desk. Its only been delivered for 2 hours. There are so many options for flower arrangement/delivery, and we will be exploring those options in the future.

I order some flowers for my wife and they charge me $35 plus $10 delivery and the flowers were really old and depressing and tiny also I talk to the manager and she want me to return the flowers so I drive back and I choose one the I like and still charge me the the full price and didnt even up sice or give me a discount or give my delivery charge I toll her for those $45 in costco I can buy like 72 roses and my girl will be so happy my advise to you stay away from this place

I have been using Petal Patch for years and their work is always top notch. One will always get the best value for your money dealing directly with a florist and not expecting them to have every flower in a photo. I have learned, over the years, to give them a dollar amount and let them design what they want. I have never been disappointed. The shop also caries a selection of jewelry designed by a local crafts-person. Very nice stuff, and well priced.

Not sure what they brought me as my bf ordered what apparently was a bright and fun valentines bouquet. They brought an arrangement that consisted of white roses and weeds from the looks of it. I can confidently say this was the ugliest bouquet I have ever received in my life (but many many brownie points for my BF :) )

Last time I ever order from them. I dont even know wtf they made my gf. I know i said they can substitute flowers but not the entire arrangment. Looked nothing like the picture. Keep ur expectation low with these guys.

Needed a nice floral arrangement same day for my Anniversary and they came through with flying colors and smells. I would recommend Petal Patch Flowers & gifts and use them again.

April is very sweet and does a wonderful job with flowers. They looked so nice I dont think Jesus himself could have done a nicer job!
