I received flowers from my girlfriend for a death in my family. I was thankful to receive the flowers, but they were an unusual arrangement for such an occasion. My girlfriend was at work and asked me if I got the flowers....I said yes and thanked her. She asked me to take a picture of the flowers and send it to her on my cell phone, so I did. A few minutes later she called me and was really upset, because she was really unhappy with the flowers that I received. So, she sent me a picture of what she ordered.....worlds apart. Not even close. Cheaper. She called the flower shop to correct the situation, but whoever she dealt with at Olympia Flower Market was a complete imbecile. The person from the flower shop sent her a $35.00 bouquet instead of the $70.00 bouquet, then the flower shop person argued about the price and bouquet which were predetermined online. Then the flower shop clerk called me, and started to complain and argue with me, while I was in grieving....instead of working it out with the person who placed the order....my girlfriend. To make a long story, my girlfriend couldnt fix the stupidity of the flower shop, and she finally got her money back....we left the flowers (that wilted in less than a day) out on the front landing for the delivery to pick up....they never did. If you have a special occasion, dont let this flower shop ruin it....there are better flower shops to choose from.....I dont recommend this place.

I came in on the evening of December 12th to pick up the flowers I ordered for my December 13th wedding. My bridal bouquet was given to me in a cardboard box. No vase/no water. I was told to refrigerate the flowers over night. I asked if I needed to put them in water. I was told no, just to put the box in the refrigerator. The next morning, the lambs ear and the anemones had both completely wilted and died. When I returned from my honeymoon I emailed the shop. I sent pictures of the ruined bouquet and explained what had happened. After sending the email I received a call from the store. She initially offered me a store credit of $50 for the inconvenience. After I explained the situation, she told me I should have never received my bouquet in a cardboard box. She said it should have been given to me in a vase with water and thats why the flowers had died. She said since it was their fault she was going to speak to the owner and see what they could do to make the situation right. I never heard back from anyone. These flowers were not cheap. The one bridal bouquet was $275.

I love this place so much. I have lived in the area for about 20 years and every time I come to this establishment, they exceed my needs. I have received sympathy, birtbday, hope you get better, and endless other flower arrangements from them. Every time they have been outstanding. I have taken my nephews here to get bouquets for girlfriends as well as corsages for dances. My sister ordered her wedding flowers online, when they came to the house (the day before the wedding) none of the corsages or boutonnieres were correctly put together. I was almost in tears, I took the flowers here and asked them if there was anything they could do. They made every arrangement beautifully with what I brought in. They were willing to work with my time line and had the arrangements ready to pick up later that day. I will forever be grateful to them for everything they have helped me with throughout the years. =)

I do not have words for how pathetic and worthless these people are. Florists function as providing flowers and gifts on SPECIAL DAYS! I ordered balloons and a webkin to be delivered to my step-daughter for her 16 birthday. Her father and I could not be with her that day as we live 140 miles apart. They screwed up the date and did not deliver them. An "oops" or "Im sorry" doesnt cut it. A refund isnt even fixing how inept you people are. Do not trust these people with your special days, what good will your flowers be if they arent at the birthday, funeral, wedding, prom etc when they are scheduled to be!

Search no further!!!! Found the place!!! Top Notch!! Above & Beyond Service!! From outside the area.. Googled and called a couple other local places before discovering Sara @ Olympic Flower Market!!! Spot on and made a effort for my same day specialty flower request!!! Called back with options and continued to take it to the next level of service!!! No need to go elsewhere... unless they tell you too ;)...! Words cant express... Thank you so much Sara, you are RAD in my book!!!

I ordered my wife some flowers for our 1year wedding anniversary. To say the least I was very very pleased with the money I spent! My wife says there big and beautiful and the whole house spells amazing! Thank you very much for making my day...And hers! Unfortunately I wasnt able to be at home because of work and when you order something from over 3000 miles away you never know what youre going to get. Im very pleased!! Plus you were open on a Sunday! Just awesome!! Thank you!!

Very Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had flowers on Valentine for my wife for over thirty years, first time , using Olympic Flower Market and last, They never came, when I asked they said" how about tomarrow, we are overwhemled" They took on too much buisnesss and not able to fullfill their customers, buyer beware!!!! I ordered these flowers two weeks ago. They should have planned it better or stop taking any more orders.

I called from out of state, and they helped me through the big pricing differences in WA. The gal was fun to talk with. I had to trust her judgement on what would look best, and my family loved it! The picture they sent showed a gorgeous arrangement that I could tell was special. Thank you so much Olypmic Floral!

ordered roses for valentines, asked for fragrant colorful bouquet, instead got a dozen UN-fragrant red roses and babys breath and half of the roses were already wilting! for the amount of money i paid i definitely did not get what i paid for! very disappointed and embarrassed that that was what was delivered!

They were very friendly on the phone. I ordered at 12:15pm and the flowers were delivered by 3:15pm the same day. The person who received them loved them. I ordered a bouquet arranged in a clay pot - a fun, unique choice.

We preordered some flowers and were told on the day we needed them that they couldnt get them. So, things happen. But the guy on the phone didnt seem to care to much. Oh well. Ill go elsewhere for now on.
