I live nearly 2 hours from Olympia and luckily stumbled across this florist on a google search. I called in the late afternoon to see if on the off-chance it would still be possible to get a same day delivery. The owners were SO accommodating of my request as to hold the delivery truck for a moment to see what they had available right then. They described several arrangements in the shop that all sounded nice and I just picked one based on their descriptions. The prices seem to be fair and pretty consistent with the national online florist services Ive used in the past. The delivery got to its destination within *40 minutes* and my family member was delighted (and sent me a cell phone pic of the beautiful flowers). I highly recommend sending your business to Floral Ingenuity, particularly if your flowers are headed to nearby St. Peters hospital. Ive got them bookmarked for my next occasion in Oly.

I live out of town and chose this florist based on reviews. I thought their website was nice and loved the flowers from the gallery. I paid extra to have a larger bouquet than advertised. What was delivered was not even comparable to what I ordered. I called thinking this long standing business would see exactly what I saw bad apologize for this $100+ dollar arrangement that seems to highlight carnations. Instead they stood by the arrangement and said the color is what the stay true to and the flowers can be changed. They were unwilling to send a replacement or provide any credit. I was very disappointed. I try to only use small local business, as they tend to have a passion for their craft and desire to please their customers. Guess I need to find a new florist in Olympia. I called to inquire about a delivery on Mothers Day and just simply asked if they were open on Sunday. The response that was given by Ellie was "nope, we have families over to think about too, not just you. So no, we are closed." I was okay with a simple, "no, we are not sorry" instead I was given a rude remark. Not necessary. The entire phone call was unprofessional until the end. She was very abrasive and sarcastic. I still made the order because I wanted my god-mother to have her flowers on Monday, but I will not be requesting services from them again.

Ellie and the staff are AMAZING!! Im in Colorado and had a difficult time getting flowers sent to my friend in the hospital in Olympia because of the Hospital rules and regulations AND Floral Ingenuity has Helped me along the way and has even went out of their way to call the hospital themselves so my friend will get her flowers!

I went to them to get flowers for a grave at Forest, I ended up making friends. Thank you so much for your help, every time I come to Olympia to see my grandmother, I will come see you! The lovely owner went out of her way to help me locate my grandmothers grave. Real customer service!
