7-14-2017 9:46 am This was absolutely the worst customer experience Ive ever had. I am on a very limited budget and wasnt thinking I was going to be able to buy my wife some flowers this year for Valentines Day but last night I was lucky enough to sell something and wanted to have some flowers delivered. So this morning I went on to Google and searched "Florist near me". Well North Creek Florist came up and reviewed well so I clicked on to their website and started looking at their Valentine Day bouquets. I then found one I liked and after selecting it the site had a pop up say, "Order within 4 hrs for guaranteed same day delivery" so I proceeded to add a balloon and some sea salt chocolates. Then after paying and placing the order I decided to call and get an approximate ETA for the delivery. She told me it would be by 5 pm but then after she looked up the order she said, "Wait this delivery is for Kirkland? We cant deliver there and Im sorry I thought we already shut off orders on the website for the day, we will have to refund you." I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I said, "Well the site had said order within the next 4 hrs for guaranteed same day delivery". She responded, "Im sorry it says that no matter what day it is and we also cant deliver to Kirkland. Especially on the day of Valentines Day. Your going to have to find a florist near there." I then explained that I was broke and that I wouldnt get my refund in time to be able to place another order, let alone even go to a store to even hand buy my own bouquet. She said, "I dont what to tell you, let me see where my drivers are at and Ill get back to you" She then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME without a goodbye or anything. Then shortly afterwards without any phone call I received an email that my order was refunded. Again this is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Any self respecting customer minded business would of figured out a way to make the order happen considering the circumstances even if it meant that the owner personally hand delivered the flowers for me. Now I wont be able to get her anything at all. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days! Not cool at all! I never write reviews but this was really upsetting, especially because I know my wife got me something and wasnt expecting me to. Please help me teach them a lesson and take your business elsewhere!

Requested a flower delivery on Mothers Day, before noon and sales person confirmed they could deliver that morning. Unfortunately the flowers were left at our front door the day before! That essentially ruined the surprise and other plans I had for my wife for Mothers Day. Thats not what I wished for, but she liked the flowers.

They were extremely busy being so close to valentines day but took the time to hand make a beautiful arrangement for my girlfriend. Kind, professional and extremely understanding. This is a great florist and I highly recommend them to anyone.

One of the kindest acts I could imagine - on its own this florist sent a beautiful bouquet to my Mom on behalf of her belated husband since it would be her 1st Valentine with out him. I think awesome is appropriate here! Thank you!
