I took a piece of lawn equipment in and dropped off. I was told the repair man would get back to me in a day or two with possible problem. I gave the repair man my number. I asked how much repairs possibly could be...he said Ill call and let you know. A week later we called and were told repairs were done and totaled over $60. We explained we didnt receive a call for quote or authorized any repairs. They were rude and said they would put all the old parts back on. We drove down and picked up the equipment. My wife didnt realize I pulled the filter out and asked if they had the filter. The guy who answered said it wasnt in the machine and we could take our business elsewhere. They treated us very poorly and didnt follow with what they said theyd do. My family and I have lived here for years. I have and will continue to take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know not to use their business.

The do good work on yard equipment. You need to get them to warm up to you to feel like it is a friendly environment. Try talking about dogs!
