We had our wedding flowers planned months in advance with them. Literally two days before the wedding we get a phone call from Carol, the person in charge now, complaining and being very rude to my wife about the cost of the flowers that they had quoted us and tried to force us to pay more than what we had on the quote sheet/receipt. After much debate and back and forth, they realized that they would just have to eat the bill. The next day when the flowers were picked up, none of the bouquets were right. All of them were completely wrong and nothing made my wifes look any different from any of the bridesmaids. When we brought the issue up to Carol, she said that it was not her fault and that she was going off of what was written which was nothing like the original copy we had. She went out of her way to try and make this seem like this was our fault that they screwed up their price and that they screwed up the arrangements that they made. The worst customer service we have every received from any company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Beautiful Work EVERY Time!! This company has been in business as long as I can remember and never once have they delved out less than gorgeous work. I would reccommend them to not only friends and family, but my business contacts as well. Be very clear, if you want quality flowers from a caring and reputable business, its Flowers By Darlene EVERY TIME!

We got corsages and boutonnieres from them for my cousins wedding, when we picked them up, the edges of all the flowers were brown. Not a good thing on your wedding day :(
