If I could give this florist zero stars, I would. With a month left to go before my wedding, I called the florist to make sure everything was still on the up-and-up. Lo and behold, the florist informed me that actually, she would NOT be doing my wedding because she had decided to go out of town that weekend. I got the distinct impression that had I not called, I would have been knocking on the locked door of the florists shop the morning of my wedding completely shocked and bewildered to find an empty store. I should have known from the start that this place was bad news - I had to call twice after my consultation to get an estimate, and that didnt even come through until a month after my consultation. And I didnt get a contract in writing, another bad sign. In sum, if you want professional, prompt, and reliable service, this isnt the florist for you.

Normally I do not write reviews but I have used this florist for years and they have been consistent and good. I live out of the area and have no problems with them. The people who get the flowers are always very happy with the result. Usually dleivery is done within the day and they have been very reasonable in price.

While searching for a florist for my wedding I heard great things about Capitol florist, however, they do not follow up, return emails, or even simply call you back when you inquire 3 times that you would like to place an order. I cannot comment on the actual quality of the flowers for the above reasons.

Whenever I am in Olympia, Ill order from Capitol Florist. They have friendly service and beautiful arrangements for every price range. I also, for the first time, made an order from Germany for pick up, and the rep was super helpful and made the transaction flawless. I would recommend them!

Very disappointed with arrangement. Nothing at all what I asked for and when I called and requested a new arandement and gave specifics the second arangement was worse. Very dark and dismal.
