The WORST! Specifically took time to go in and speak to them about the flowers I wanted in the arrangement. I was assured it would be exactly the way we discussed it or at least very close. I have had very few online orders look the way they appear online and felt confident that by taking the time and effort to actually go to the florist I would get the outcome I was looking for. Hesitant to ask the recipient to send me a picture of the bouquet they received.... I did so anyway. The arrangement had colors and foliage that I specifically made clear not to have. I spent extra to get exactly what I wanted and I am so disappointed.. this should have been a great experience for not only the recipient but for me the customer as well. I will NEVER use this florist or recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a bouquet for local delivery from the establishments web page. It was to be for my granddaughters third birthday. I agreed to the web page quoted price with delivery surcharge. Several hours later, I get a call from this florist saying that I needed to pay more than was quoted on the web page for the flowers. IF ONE CANNOT TRUST A BUSINESS TO HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED PRICES, CAN YOU TRUST THE TIMELINESS OR QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICES? I DO NOT APPRECIATE BUSINESSES WHOSE PARTICIPATE IN BAIT AND SWITCH PRICES! I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITH THIS BUSINESS AND WILL NOT DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EXCEPT ON A CASH AND CARRY BASIS!

Called to have an arrangement delivered when out of town for an extended period. Gave a price range, color scheme and told them to use their creativity for selection. Riding couldnt have been easier. Needless to say, the flowers picked were high quality, long lasting and beautiful. I try not to order from online flower delivery places, because of fees and youre always left saying... "$80+ and thats all they got?". Fees are ridiculous, and markup is criminal with these online shops. True, honest and great staff. I plan to make future orders through them.
