My sister was in the Hospital and I ordered her flowers that when she left the hospital she never received. Long story short the owner went out of her way and called the delivery person to find out why my sister did not get them and then went to the hospital personally to find out they got stuck at the nurses station. She them took them back and delivered them to my sisters home the next day...talk about going the extra mile for a customer!!! This business is so caring and thoughtful...Love them!!!! If I could give them additional stars I would.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!! Called last minute to order for a flowers for home coming. This is the second time Ive been told on the very day my son needed flowers. Buds and Blooms in Auburn had no trouble making me up whatever flowers I needed as soon as I found out I needed them. They are so wonderful and the flowers are always beautiful! I have found my flower shop!! I am so very happy!!! I will go back for all my flower needs and might even think up reasons just to order myself some!!

My parents were celebrating their 50th Anniversary. They ordered flowers and paid for them before I could call and intervene. I called and added a corsage and boutonniere to their order and paid over the phone. Very helpful and professional. Although I was calling from overseas, not problems at all. They flowers were beautiful including the corsage and boutonniere! Also very affordable. Very pleased with them and will definitely use them for all floral needs from here on in. Thanks B&B!

Amazing customer service! I called to order flowers for a friend on this extremely busy holiday for florists. I knew I was calling a little late, so said that any delivery time between now (Wed) and Friday would be fine. The flowers arrived at my friends office within a few hours of my order! And they are just perfect. They listened to my requests and incorproated them into a lovely bouquet! I will definately use them again and highly recommend you do too.

This shop looks so great after the renovation! I couldn’t believe all the stuff they have! I really like all the garden baskets. They always have a ton of flowers to choose from and every time I’ve gotten some, they’ve lasted a long time, and their logo is a gerbera daisy-- that’s my favorite flower!! Very cute shop, but also very professional, they get it right every time.

I received a delivery from Buds and Blooms, beautiful large bouquet. The lilies in the bouquet were all closed when I received the package, but as they sit on my desk during day 4, all lilies are blooming and all of the other flowers are still beautifully holding up. Im very impressed and will definitely use them in the future.

My other half always orders me flowers from here usually great... this time he spent $100.00 asked for purple flowers to be sent...guess wat... no purple flowers only some "filler" purple stick things and my bouquet was small. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! NOT WORTH $100 bucks ----WERE NEVER GONG BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Never any issues, always has what I need. I am happy they took over the Kent flower shops customers. Too bad the Kent shop had to close its doors. Ace runs a tight shop!
