I called to get my delivery date for an order I placed online the representative who answerd the phone was very rude and sarcastic. She also informed me that the basket I ordered was sold out. I asked her to cancel my order and she stated "I will cancel your order" and hung up did not confirm that she knew who I was or what my order was for, or even have the common courtesy to say goodbye!! How am I suppose to know that they know what order to cancel? I called back and spoke with the same person at this point I was very irritated again she was very rude when I advised her that her service was poor she again disconnected on me. I emailed in to this company stating"I would like information to get in contact with the owner of your company regarding a horrible experience encourtered with your company. Please forward the appropriate information to me so that I may express my concerns to someone who is customer service oriented and knows how to speak with customers." my reply back was "Thank you for emailing and you did speak with the owner. Thank you and have a nice day." I have never experineced such terrible customer service nor taken the time to write a bad review but this company is awful!!!!

Glad the owner helped the other person leaving a review. Same thing happened to me only she apparently lied to me based on the other reviews. My order was left at a neighbors house when I specifically asked not too. Then she tells me thats policy. Other review stated they left on doorstep and even drove back to get the flowers for that person to deliver a different date. They didnt leave it with their neighbor! All I got told was sorry thats policy to leave with neighbor. Clearly thats untrue. AND THEN I had to tell my loved one to get it from neighbor which ruined the surprise and the freaking candy boutique was HALF EATEN. And she still didnt care. "Thats policy, and I cant imagine a neighbor would do that. " Well guess what, PEOPLE DO THAT. By the end of conversation she offered to make phone calls to the neighbor to find out what candy was taken and if proven she would send a new one. Really? Flower shop owner by day and Detective by night. Keep the 48 bucks lady....

Great experience with Lori at Lollypops & Roses. I had asked for a specific delivery time at a restaurant, without giving reasonable consideration to the difficulty in that, let alone the fact it was a little after their normal business hours. Lori called me and suggested that she could have them delivered earlier in the day with instructions to the restaurant that they be on the table when we arrived. BRILLIANT!! My girlfriend loved arriving and immediately noticed that the table we were being led to had a different, and much better, centerpiece awaiting us. And she LOVED the arrangement (Dozen Lavender Roses). I told Lori her favorite color was purple. She gave her a purple vase and used purple flowers as the supporting cast around the roses. It was a beautiful bouquet. I am back today ordering flowers for her birthday later this week. I know she will be pleased. I would definitely recommend Lori and her business.

I sent two arrangements of equal value to family for Thanksgiving. One seemed less abundant and less fresh than the other. After I arrived home I emailed the store and Lori immediately apologized and asked to send something fresh to replace the one that was poor. The story does not end there. She sent an arrangement out and I realized after that that family member was away for a week, so the flowers would sit on her porch for 7 days. I emailed her and let her know in hopes of catching her before she delivered them. She had already delivered them, but sent someone out to pick them up. She then sent a THIRD arrangement 7 days later when they arrived home, and it was gorgeous. Throughout this experience, she was polite and responsive. Lori and Lollypops and Roses exemplify quality service and the good heartedness I love about people in the floral industry. I very highly recommend Lollypops and Roses!

I had fantastic customer service recently with this florist shop. I needed an arrangement sent on a Sunday, with same day delivery. First off, the person I spoke to on the phone was not only kind, but I could tell she really wanted my business by caring about what I was needing; and about being prompt on calling me back. Second, the florist shop was only only open on Sunday (Which, on a national level is harder to find. Most florist are closed on Sundays.) And, they have FREE delivery! Working with Lollypops & Roses and giving them my business was a pleasure, and I would not hesitate to patronize this shop and recommend them to all my friends and family. If you are looking for a florist in the Salem, Oregon area... this florist is a MUST try for you!

My mother is sick in the hospital. I decided to go with a local florist in the city my mom is in. I wanted to use a mom and pop florist. I chose LollyPops. I know what I ordered and I have a photo of what my mother received. Two completely different arrangements. I wish I could add photos to this review. The arrangement I paid for had stargazer lilies. They were out of those. It also had a tall orange vase. Of course they broke the last one. So, instead I got an arrangement in a small vase. With 4 roses a large orange flower and some random lilies. All the woman who I spoke with could say was she was sorry. Unfortunately I told my sister to use this florist. I really hope her arrangement is what she paid for. I would not recommend this florist.

The people here are wonderful! I sent flowers to my mothers work for her birthday - she had gone on an impromptu trip and the staff worked with me all afternoon to try to find a place to have the flowers delivered (I live in AZ). When I couldnt find a home for the delivery, they offered to redeliver after the weekend so the flowers would stay fresh. My mom was delighted on Monday by the beautiful arrangement - Im so glad I picked this local business instead of one of the big chains, I know I wouldnt have received the same amazing service. Thank you so much!

I have used Lollipops and Roses twice in one month, both for very special birthdays. Just today a dear former neighbor turned 100, and the florist put together the most spectacular bouquet of 100 red roses. She included some eucalyptus leaves, unexpectedly, and these combinations made it smell just like my neighbors former coastal backyard. She was thrilled, and so am I. I found this florist on the Internet, but their service has been perfect, and from now on will be my go-to Salem florist forevermore.

I absolutely love this florist, and I highly recommend them. My mother and Oma live locally and so for me living out of state, I found it hard to get nice arrangements delivered to them. So I found them online about maybe four years ago. I was amazed at the available selections they had and the prices are definitely affordable. Customer service is amazing as well. I had to call to make a few changes once and the customer service was just amazing, polite and very professional.
