I ordered flowers for my mothers wedding the next day. Yes I was late. I thought if I called the florist in Oregon, I would have a better chance to get it done than going through pro flowers. So I called Olsens. I ordered two $97.00 arrangements. I get a phone call around noon my time (Richmond VA) telling me there will be an extra delivery charge for going to the town my Mom lives in. Thats fine. I then get another call at 5:00 my time to say sorry they wont do it. The wedding is tomorrow! I pleaded with the young woman. No understanding at all that this was for a wedding the very next day, and the flowers were promised for this afternoon! They had the flowers... a good size order. $200.00 - the drive was 45 minutes away. I would have had no problem if they would have told me in the morning No... or even when the young lady called asking for the extra delivery fee at noon. But after all that to say no at the end of the day! Bad Form! I tried to speak to Ms Palaso the owner, she was not available.

I received flowers on a Thursday evening from my daughter in L.A. The Flowers didnt look like what she ordered. Sunday 8 of the roses were dead and didnt open. The one Lilly that was open looked old and some of the Lilly buds were dead looking also. I did call and they gave us a refund, which I appreciate. They said they had problems with their suppliers. If they knew they had problems why did they fill the order or they should have warn my daughter. The arrangement was odd looking in my opinion and looked like the flowers were stuffed not placed in the vase. It was around $100.00. The order was a teleflora order. Now I have 3 Lillies that finally opened today (Tuesday) and the rest of the flowers are dead looking; Even though they gave us a refund, my daughter wont order from them again.

I am the owner of Olson Florist. In response to Ms. Kim Andersons post: I sincerely apologize for the comments made by our driver and to inform you that she no longer works for us. My wife and I do not tolerate this kind of interaction with our costumers. We expect them to be cordial and caring when delivering. If we are not able to deliver, we call you to inform you that we attempted delivery and ask that you call our shop to let us know how we can get a delivery to you as soon as possible. We do not mind changes that are needed to serve our costumers. Unfortunately this driver did not follow our policy, and therefor, no longer works for us. I hope you will continue to use Olson Florist.

Would highly recommend to anyone ordering flowers for any occasion or event to consider ordering from Olsons Florist in Salem, OR. They were very reasonable in price, very accommodating and punctual with all their promises. Not only did they create beautiful arrangements for my deceased spouses funeral but went the extra mile to get them delivered on time despite an other emergency that had arisen. I was touched and very grateful for the sacrifices they made to meet my needs. Thank you Judy!! I will always order from Olsons from now on!

Had a delivery of flowers to my office building today. Our policy states that if we are unable to reach the employee that the flowers are intended for we are not to accept the flowers. The delivery person became belligerent and started trying to push any employee who would walk by to take them up to the floor the person was supposed to be on, while informing the receptionist " I hate delivering to offices. You guys think your all that". If I was to order flowers to anyone, it wont be through here. If I could give negative stars I would.

Olson Florist was responsible for the family flowers for the Rennie Johnson Funeral on March 18th and 20th and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the beautiful flowers which they made for all of us. The casket spray was as beautiful on Monday as it was on Saturday. Their prices were very reasonable and everyone was so pleased by the outstanding arrangements. Thank you Olson Florist. I really dont care to leave poor reviews but......... I sent my wife a dozen roses for Valentines day with a box of chocolates. The fee was $104.00. The green leaves surrounding the roses smelled like a "wet dog" and the flowers were drooping by Wed. Teleflora needs to drop these folks like a hot potato. As for me I am very lucky to have such a wonderful wife with such a good sense of humor. Four thumbs down!

Great place to do business! I have sent a few arrangements through this company (always last minute, I dont plan ahead very well) and the service has been spot on! Deliveries same-day every time, great customer service and beautiful arrangements. They will even help you design an arrangement or offer substitutes if needed. These people will see all of my local business!

I have ordered flowers from Olson Florist multiple (at least 10) times over the past seven or eight years. I have always been satisfied with both the service and the arrangements they deliver. I have ordered for delivery same-day and next-day and they always meet their commitments. The flowers are beautiful, fresh, and long-lasting. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Horrible service I called @ 930 and asked if they could have something simple delivered by 5:00 they assured me yes and I asked again they said yes they charged me and sent nothing and never called ...when I finally got ahold of them they were jerks and refunded my money without apology for ruining my day
