I had Countrywood Florist prepare a birthday flower arrangement to send to a friend. I wouldnt say she is difficult to please but she loves flowers and has definite preferences. After receiving the flowers I received the most delightful email touting how incredibly beautiful the bouquet was and how pleased she was with the selection. Later on she even took pictures of the bouquet and again gave high praises to Countrywood Florist and emailed that to me. I was so delighted with her response I had them do another bouquet the next day for another friend.

I called to get flowers delivered to john muir hospital. Spoke to a young lady, when i called back and aked for her. I was rudely told the store was open for business and that he could help me. After a few minutes of going back and fourth with this turd tony,I hung up. What kind of business treats customers with way. I took my business elsewhere.

I received a thank you note for the arrangement I sent to my aunt in Walnut Creek for her 80th birthday. Auntie said that the flowers were as fresh and beautiful as when they arrived a week ago. Also, the florist was very helpful in choosing the perfect arrangement for the person and the occasion.

Great florist. We ordered a pink corsage and boutonniere from them, and both items were ready to pick up the next day. Both came out very beautiful as well. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
