I ordered a plant as a sympathy gift for some and I live Internationally. No. even though the billing page lets me put in my country it would not let me put in my full phone no. It let me complete the order and told me the order had been accepted Then when I went to there home page and looked at delivery instructions and saw this. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. With the time difference I would have to get up at 4 am to call them. I have looked at there complete website and there isnt an email address listed for them. This is ridiculous, I was told by someone in there area that they are a good florist. They need to get with the program and fix their website.

I didnt have any experience through the retail side of this place, more the business side. After applying and interviewing for a florist position, I was called on a Thursday and offered a job to start the following Monday. However, at nearly 9 oclock on Sunday afternoon, I was called again and told something had come up in the shop and I needed to start later in the week. I would be called by Wednesday to discuss a new start date. After I had not heard from anyone through Thursday, I called to see what the deal was, but there was mysteriously no answer to my calls. I just dont see this as being proper business etiquette. I dont care if you changed your mind, but please, dont leave me to wonder.

I have been very frustrated trying to order flowers for Mothers Day. I simply want to place my order, do not need a special delivery date, I am flexible. Yet, they were closed Saturday afternoon the day before Mothers Day, all day Mothers Day, and now when I call at 5:30 they are closed on a Tuesday. All of that would be ok, yet they do not have an answering machine or voicemail for me to leave a message! I ordered flowers for another out-of-town relative in a different town, and it was a breeze: Open on Mothers Day and delivered on Mothers Day! And my local florists are open on Mothers Day as well. What is up with this small town florist?!

My nana just had surgery an my 5 year old wanted to get her flowers. We went up and he chose a craaaazy selction of flowers from common wild flowers to tall exotic flowers and a vase with a butterfly on it. The florist had her work cut out for her and she did an amazing job, one of the best arrangements Ive ever seen. We were on this trip walking so she made up a box with purple tissue paper so the vase was a perfect fit, it was so much easier to carry than it wouldve been. Amazing customer service and just an altogether nice place to be.

HORRIBLE! My dad bought me flowers for Valentines Day, I didnt know he did because I never got them. A month later when I was told I should of got them, we contacted them. They said they delivered them and it was our fault I didnt get them and that my dad was just trying to get out of the bill (that he already paid). The owner was VERY unprofessional, saying I was a liar and her son wouldnt of messed up the delivery and it was my fault if they were stolen. AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Agreeded to email me a picture of arrangement, (since I couldnt attend the service)......I will use local Forest Grove "OK FLORAL" for all my local flower needs.......
