Extremely disappointed I chose to use their business. I selected a same-day delivery, and got an email confirmation that it would be delivered. I was unable to check my email again after that since I was working, and they had sent me another email asking me if they could make something else because they were "out of those flowers." Well, I was unable to respond, and I never got a phone call even though they had my phone number. This was on a Saturday, and it was clear that it was for a birthday TODAY, and no additional contact to confirm or problem solve, and they are closed on Sundays. They use an answering service for their phone number, so I am not able to even leave a VM, or speak to anyone. I ended up having to call her and explain the situation, and she actually said she got them, but it looked nothing like it should have (because they were out of the flowers I ordered.) They did not communicate to me that they were delivering anyways. Terrible communication, stressful for me, and poor customer service. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience for my friends birthday. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Good afternoon,I have just placed another order from you for my daughter and her cooperating teacher in honor of teacher appreciation week.Your flowers were so absolutely perfect and beautiful last time.Its refreshing to know i dont have to worry if they will live up to my expectations or express my sentiments.You completely hit it out of the park last time,speaking of which - last time, you delivered my daughter flowers on march 21st.I was over in Corvallis over a week later, and the flowers looked as if they had JUST been delivered,still so fresh and beautiful.We love penguin flowers. The only good thing about ordering flowers was how beautiful they were. I know its Valentines day but the website specifically said delivered between 10AM and 3PM on Valentines day. Well the flowers finally got delivered to my fiances work at about 4:40PM. I put in the instructions that the office closes at 4:30PM so please deliver before then. Luckily my fiancee hung around for a little bit to get the flowers. I had called around 3:45PM to inquire and was told they dont send the Valentines day deliveries out till its almost 3PM, instead of between 10AM and 3PM like their website said. That said, I will never be ordering flowers here again.

Worst bouquet of flowers I have ever received. For over $50, the arrangement looked NOTHING like it did on the website, the roses and flowers were not trimmed. It looked like someone just picked the flowers up and threw them in a vase! Two of the flowers were broken, and when I called to ask for a replacement they brought me a few carnations, saying that because of Valentines day and temporary drivers the flowers may not have been the best. Also said, WE did no choose the arrangement. Terrible excuses, they clearly take no pride in their work. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially if it is around any busy holiday time.

They were friendly and helpful. The only things semi bad was that they didnt have the snapdragons that was shown in the picture, but they said they could substitute it out with something else, which was ok because i was doing a last min order. When the flowers were delivered to my mother inlaw they were more beautiful than the picture. It made my mother inlaws day and the florist out did themselves and went above and beyond. Ill defanitly be ordering all my flowers from them

You did a truly fabulous job on them and I cannot thank you enough.Penguin flowers is my go-to florist in Corvallis from now on.My daughter absolutely loves them - they made her cry as soon as she saw them.As far as Im concerned, you set the bar for all florists.Thank you again for your incredible personal detail and artistry-really.Theyre the most beautiful flower arrangement Ive ever seen.

I called at 2:00 to inquire as to whether a delivery could be made by closing on Sat. 16th. I spoke to Janelle I believe. She was very professional, and the flowers were delivered right on schedule. I would like to thank you for your level of customer service, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. Again Thank you, and give Janelle a pat on the back

I had to purchase flowers for my office at the last minute, and I was very pleased with Penquin Flowers. Without me even asking, they offered to meet me at the store 30 minutes earlier their usual opening hours because of a time restraint that I had. They were also very helpful in brainstorming something appropriate but fun. I will return again often.

I ordered flowers for my sister on a spur of the moment & was so pleasantly surprised that she was able to get them that same day.( I called after 1pm) I asked them if I could get a pic of the flowers & they were more than happy to text me a pic. I was so impressed with the customer service & the beautiful flower they made for my sister.

Five stars !These guys rock! I needed a timed delivery and they gave me a window of when they could delivery and they not only delivered , but got it there at the perfect time to impress my girl and her co-workers. The bouquet was gorgeous and made quite the impression. I will definatley be using Penguin Flowers again!

I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday and requested lots of yellow. She sent me a picture and they were stunning! Beautiful yellow flowers, all different varieties and the vase had a yellow ribbon tied around it. My mother was thrilled. Penguin Flowere did an outstanding job!!!

Wow! these guys bent over back words for me on a busy holiday!! I am a guy who does everything last minute, and they totally hooked me up and saved my butt with my wife on valentines day!! thanks staff at Penguin!! flowers are still blooming and fresh looking over 1 week later!!!!

Always the best Service!!!!!! My wife lives in Corvallis and I live in Las Vegas. I always call Penguin flowers when I want to send her something. They are so helpful and courteous. Also my wife always says how the flowers are so beautiful and last for weeks.

So convenient to OSU campus. I love their prices & always feel I get moneys worth. I have used another Corvallis florist & the quality & value didnt even compare. I will be sticking with Penguin. Oh & I like I get an OSU student discount!
