Terrible experience. Drove by this establishment months ago, and couldnt wait to take my mother in. Today we finally had the free time to check this place out, and we drove 45 minutes to Mcminville to spend time enjoying and supporting local stores, this one was first on our list. When we arrived I needed to use the restroom, and I couldnt believe such a place would have delicate, real flower bouquets in the restroom. Being that it is a spur of the moment random road trip day, I decided to purchase a small bouquet that was priced $8.99, that I found for sale in the restroom. The nice young lady at the register allowed us to place the small bouquet down while we continued to shop. Long story short, we purchased a total of $95.50 worth of items in this establishment. As we left, a employee stopped us @ the door and asked if we had purchase the small bouquet of flowers that was in my hand. I replied that we had, as well as ($8.99 - $95.50) $86.51 worth of items in the store. She suggested that I also owed for the bouquet of flowers that were in the vase. So the price that was on the bouquet in the bathroom (where I found the bouquet) didnt include the price of the two flowers that were in the vase? Dont you agree that the gal at the register should have suggested that I also owed for the flowers at the time I checked out? Theres no way Id ever want to purchase the small bouquet if I had to pay a "invisible price" and a price that the entire bouquet was marked! The entire "small bouquet was marked $8.99 and I paid $8.99 when I checked out with all of the items I purchased. Not only was I extremely embarrassed on my way out of a, once pleasant experience, and being approached like I stole a small bouquet!!! I plan on returning everything that I purchased tomorrow. Making a 45 minute trip back, as well as verbally advertising to local companies about how terribly I was treated. I was absolutely embarrassing, and we were treated like we tried to steal. I will never shop here again. Takes one to ruin it for everyone.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I will never use this place again, and will tell others in the community to avoid them as well. Staff had a hard time even taking my order. The flowers were 45 minutes late from when I was told theyd be delivered. When I called to find out what the status of the delivery was all I was told was "they should be there by 4", which isnt even close to the original delivery time. When I stated my frustration, instead of apologizing, the staff just said "well what do you want us to do" in a way that made it seem like I was bothering them. For the prices they charge the service is NOT worth it. Youre better off going to a grocery store and hand delivering them yourself.

Its a cute store with plants and gifts etc but every time I walk in there no one says hello or greets me they just ignore me all together. No one bothers to ask me if I need assistance or if im looking for something. Anyone could walk in this store and steal stuff cause the girls who work here never bothers to approach anyone..or me. Not saying I would steal Im just giving an example.

This gardening novice was very impressed with the helpfulness of the sweet gals that helped me today! Their selection was unique and the prices were great. I scoped out all the nurseries in town before buying anything, and this was the clear winner for me - I felt like I was talking to true experts. Plus the inside shop is just darling!

We used Incahoots for our wedding and were absolutely thrilled with the quality, price and service. I wish we lived closer as Id only buy flowers and plants from here. The atmosphere is also so welcoming. Rarely do I find a floral store with so much beautiful, fresh and unique stock.

roses were old and turning brown the day they were delivered. the lilies turned the next day. I expected better quality for the price they charged. Very disappointed.
