HORRRRIIIBBLLEEE! I ordered three sets of flowers to be delivered to the same house for same day delivery. I got a call after the closed saying that they werent able to deliver them, and that they would have to deliver it the next day, so I said okay. Then I get a call around 10:30 the day of the delivery saying that two were delivered and one wouldnt be able to be delivered until Monday. So I ended up cancelling the order that wouldnt be able to be delivered until Monday. I just got another call after closing and they say they werent able to deliver another one of my orders!!! So I cancelled it. Worst experience ever. Im never ordering from them again. Get ur ish together.

Ive been ordering back to school bouquets for many years & have been very pleased with the arrangements delivered. Im often out of state so phone in my order, always well treated. Ive also gone in person for flowers to meet the voice on the phone - like greeting an old friend. They keep notes on the types of flowers I like, colors, & long lasting. I tried other florists in the area, keep coming back to The Flower Boutique. Just finished ordering an arrangement to be delivered tomorrow, to celebrate my daughters birthday.

Was pretty rude. Spoke over me a couple of times while I was trying to describe what I wanted. Quickly took on a somewhat condescending tone. After I was able to describe the type of flower she asked me what I was "looking for". I asked "In terms of numbers?" and she said "Uh, noooooooo...like do you want a dozen or what?". Did not like her tone and she obviously wasnt listening to me. I pointed out that was actually what I was asking and let her know I would look elsewhere.

Talked on the phone to order flowers, the woman was very rude, was in a hurry to get rid of me. Sounded annoyed when I was describing the type of roses I wanted. I was saying thank you bye and in mid sentence she hung up. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior.

I live out of state and Im always a bit nervous when I have to place deliveries when Im unfamiliar with the service. But I must say the gal answering the phone was very kind and helpful! I look forward to my next delivery!
