The security staff could use major improvement. When we first arrived, I had to look for a stroller for my brother. I looked at the directory and saw the legend for strollers in the parking lot. I went outside twice looking for them, never getting suspiciously close to any car or hinting that I was looking for one and this young white man with glasses approached from behind and without hesitation asked if I was looking for a car. I wouldve told the gentlemen nicely that I was simply looking for the stroller rack but he shouted "follow me" and walked downstairs. I was dumbfounded. I followed him. he asked again, loudly, if I was looking for a car. Without any time to answer he commanded me to get in the back of the security pick up truck. Thats when I told him that I was simply looking for the strollers. He looked dumbfounded as well and vaguely pointed a direction. Now, Im a civilized, respectful person. I figured that the security staff has to prioritize safety so I didnt make a scene like he did. I can only hope that the security staff will reciprocate this behavior in the future. After today I can only assume that its easy for the security to simply look at a Latino young man in the parking lot and send their overconfident people to stop whatever crime we could be possible be up to. I imagine its an elementary task to backtrack the 10 meters I walked from the directory to the parking lot through the plethora of cameras around. I eventually found the strollers. My grandparents didnt know of my incident because I would not want their day to be as sour as it was to me. The security staff could only use major improvements. I will be honest, my anger led me to only think of what wouldve happened if races were switched.

The stores are GREAT, you cant find a better mall. Ive shopped at a TON of them. They have basic clothing stores, high end stores and everything in between. Lush is a favorite of mine but the staff is too immature. I go in, get what I want or need and leave! They talk too much and are overbearing. We love the Disney Store, Nordstrom, Uniqlo, Zara-(staff here is on point. They are Nordstrom quality), Tiffanys, Crate and Barrel, Free People, Abercrombie -(again the staff needs improvement), Apple store, the Victorias Secret store is impressive-HUGE selection and excellent service. There is something for everyone--including the mega rich...cant believe some of the stores and I wonder who shops there. They have everything from your standard stores to Tesla! Bellevue is like the secret Beverly Hills of Washington state that no one really talks about. Although, being a native of Seattle and moving to the East side, Ive realized this entire area has changed over the last 10 years. A lot of Eurpoeans and Asians have moved in and really improved the economy immensely. Its become this very Posh little city next to Seattle. This mall pretty much has ANY store you need. Its huge. They do cool events during Fashion Week and during Summer that many people dont know unless you live here. Food options are ok, the World Wrapps is delicious but over-priced beyond belief. Blue C sushi outside of the mall is AMAZING, its right next to Macys. My husband and I go here a lot! I saw that they are opening another asian restaurant in the mall, I think we need other things! Bellevue has enough asian restaurants! Japonessa is opening soon downtown. Enough already! Get a good pizza place or mexican restaurant in the mall- that would be nice!

We recently had to go in and have one of our iPhone checked out. We made an appointment and we arrived at the mall about a hour early and I decided to go into see if anyone had canceled their appointments. I was told no but that I could get in if someone did and to wait. I waited about 20 mins and checked in with another REP because it was time of the switching of the guards. She then told me we dont do space available and by this time I had waited 30 mins. I then said I was told you did. So then I asked if I could speak with a manager. Shorter lady with glasses. I wished Id caught her name to post it. Anyways, the manager apolgies for the misunderstanding and told me that it would be no problem with us getting in before our appointment. Now we had 25 mins till out appointment. Our appointment came around and no one to help us! We were seen 15 mins after our appointment! If I was told from the start to just show at our appointment time. I could have done other things and wouldnt have been so upset but to be lied from their management after already making complaint as she stayed in the back room whole time after our conversation. TRAINING ISSUES AND LIES FROM MANAGEMENT! YOUR APPOINTMENT IS A JOKE! COME ON APPLE JUST BE HONEST WITH EVERYONE! STILL NO COVERS OR BUMPERS TO BUY FROM YOU GUYS AT THE STORE AFTER A MONTH OF IPHONE 4 BEING OUT! VERY POOR MARKETING ALONG WITH NOT TALKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER!

Bellevue Square has always been the place to go for high end brands and fashions in the greater Seattle Area. Though they have a bit of competition now from high end brands popping up in the downtown Seattle area and the Braven (downtown Bellevue), Bell Square (as the locals call it) still reigns as THE convenient classic brick and mortar shopping mall for high end shopping. Over the years they have done a face lift with coffee shops and restaurants, upgraded larger parking garages and even did an interior remodel of railings and flooring. Some aspects of the building are the same ol stuff from the 70s and 80s. Deals arent always the easiest to come by when it comes to high fashion but they do have the best selection. Stores like Tommy Bahama, Hugo Boss, Burberry, Kate Spade, Williams Sonoma, Apple and Microsoft, Bose - just to name a few are located on two floors of shopping bliss. Once you get tired of shopping, you wont have any traditional food courts to satisfy any hunger but you will have plenty of options for restaurants all within a stones throw from the mall. Come one come all, come with a fat wallet and come out feeling like a million bucks!

I had an appointment last week to get my iphone replaced as it had completely stopped functioning. I was there with my 2 small children b/c I really didnt think I would need to hire a babysitter to go get my phone replaced. The place was a zoo. I had an appt at the genius bar, registered 15 minutes early and after it was 25 minutes passed my appt, I asked an employee what the deal was. He took my phone, hardly said 2 words and disappeared for 45 minutes. I kept asking other employees what the deal was and they just said "oh there were a couple of phones ahead of yours but hes working on it" We were in the store for roughly 2 hours, trying to keep our kids sane, all they had to do was switch out my phone as I was still under warantee. my phone they gave me is not working at all now, different issues than the first. I think they gave me someones turned in refurbished phone that isnt so refurbished afterall. I fear going back in that place but have no choice...
