Great little shopping center. Piazzas is an amazing (although slightly pricey but totally worth it) grocery store, frozen yogurt, dry cleaning, Rite-Aid, liquor store, health products store, sushi, a bagel place, round table pizza, safeway, and tons more places. Lots of parking but can still get pretty busy. Across the street theres a BofA, a new restaurant (Chefs Kitchen), a chinese restaurant, gas station, Celias (mexican) and lots more. Super convenient for those that live off of Hillsdale Ave off the 92 (near College of San Mateo). Used to be a McDonalds there but its gone :(

Hillsdale exit off highway 92 in San Mateo. Everything (almost!) that you need in a local strip mall. Excellent Rite Aid (Becky is #1 pharmacist!), ice cream shop (say hi to Charlie), market (Piazzas - shout out to Frank), sushi restaurants, laundry/dry cleaners, UPS store (dont let William scare you!), beauty parlors, a BofA, bagel place, Celias Fresh Mex, Hawaiian BBQ, karate studio, Jamba, Starbucks (in Piazzas), Shell gas and pretty good mechanics.

Great parking available and assorted shopping stores to enjoy. It does not have good shady areas if it is very hot in temperature weather but the stores within the shopping center are great quality with the grocery store, bakeries, ethnic restaurants and pharmacy store. There sre two shopping areas in this shoppimg center. Each on opposite sides of the street.

Great place with some awesome family owned shops. Piazzas is a really upscale supermarket with Starbucks. Theres a Jamba juice, round table, and thank goodness they removed the McDonalds. I love southwest grill for a burrito. Some of the stores look janky though.

I come here alot because I work nearby. There are a few good food choices, and Piazzas is a nice grocery store, but the shopping center is small and lacking. Still, its easily accessible from off of 92, and the surrounding neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Parking in the main part of the lot in front of Piazzas can be hard to come by but its only because of the great variety of stores and restaurants here including recognizable chains as well as great independent places.
