I would give this place 0 stars if I could.. I needed to purchase sea salt spray for a piercing I recently had done (not at this shop) I asked the guy a few questions about the aftercare of my piercing.. The guy was rude and a complete jerk.. Now I see why theres never anyone in there when I go past them while shopping. I would never get any work done at this location or any for that matter. Youd think with the negative press theyve received they would try a little harder at customer service.

I use to love this location. I have gotten many piercings done there & always super stoked with how they turned out... Lately though there is never a piercer in the store, not to mention they do not have any tattoo artists either. Not sure why you keep a store open that is suppose to offer TATTOOS and PIERCINGS with no employees that are able to do either. Sorry to say that your store probably not last much longer if you continue with such horrible business.
