Both my mother and I have had multiple piercings done here by Gene, who was honestly the best piercer Ive ever had. She did a phenomenal job and Ive never had piercings heal that quickly. Later, we were out of town and I got a different piercing done by another piercer and I was having issues with it healing and I came in to seek her advice, but there was a new piercer (blond female). Not only was she extremely rude to me, but she lacked the knowledge and skill necessary to help me. She took me back to the piercing room, put on gloves and kept scratching her face with them on (like a lot) and took out my old jewelry to put in new jewelry (I needed a bigger/longer piece). She honestly like rammed it in there and it was so painful because it wasnt angled right. She was unable to place the bead in the captive bead ring and dropped the forceps/pliers and I had to tell her not to use it because I didnt want my piercing getting infected by it. My ear was bleeding, the bead fell out when I got home, and she charged me more than I usually paid for a brand new piercing+jewelry. I ended up going to Dark Horse and the guy there fixed it for me and its doing fine now. So on the piercing side I DO NOT RECOMMEND the blond female piercer. Ive gone with friends before when they got their tattoos here and they were happy with them, but I have no personal experiences to give on the tattoo side of it. TL;DR Dont go here for piercings with that woman. Go to Dark Horse or Golden Monkey or others instead.

I went to All American today after calling in to make an appointment. Both on the phone and in person, I was greeted by Alexis, of whom I have never met before today. She is a blonde female with fantastic tattoos and a very kind demeanor! I had read about another piercer who was late for her appointments so I was concerned at first about going here. However, I have multiple friends who have suggested I try anyway since that piercer is gone. So anyway, I met Alexis and she explained, in detail, how the process was going to work. Then she explained aftercare multiple times. She was extremely clean, professional, and very personable. I had my nose pierced seven years ago by a different piercer and it was a terrible experience. It was so painful, never healed, and had I done my research I would not have gone there in the first place. I was slightly apprehensive going into this, but again I did my research and heard good things about her. Alexis did such a fantastic job, it barely hurt, and although I did bleed (I have thin blood) she was able to take care of the bleeding. It wasnt gushing, it was just a little more than she would have normally seen. She was patient and thorough in cleaning my nose. Im not sure about the other artists who were there today because they were working, but the entire environment was friendly, clean, and lighthearted. I will definitely be back to this location and will most certainly suggest Alexis to my friends. It really was a great experience! -Kimi

I have had all of my piercings done here since I was 12, I am now 18. I have never had a problem with Pup or Becky, they have always been very kind and attentive to me. However, I have never had a good experience with Gene. She has done both my lip and bellybutton now, and both times she has been rude to me. A specific experience with her that has pushed me over the edge has caused me to never want to return there. She pierced my lip for me, and I went back a few months later after it had healed to get her to tighten my hoop for me. She pinched my lip with a pair of pliers, then yelled at me for it being swollen? She told me that I must not be taking care of it if its that swollen after she had literally just clamped down on it hardly? She cursed at me, told me she was in the middle of doing something and I needed to hurry, and that she hadnt eaten her dinner yet(rushing me to leave). I didnt get to ask the questions I had because I felt like an inconvenience and uncomfortable. I returned to her again months later for new jewelry and she made the remark "oh so you finally started taking care of it like I said?" It just really bothered me. Once again, I have nothing against the artist there and I actually would recommend them, however I wouldnt recommend going there for your piercing.

I came to this shop to get a simple lip piercing and was concerned about the quality of metal. I asked for a particular type of metal and was told this was what they used for piercings. The piercer was kind and seemed to know what she was talking about, was very patient, and answered all my questions thoughtfully. After a couple weeks, I was having issues with my piercing so returned for advice where I was told to just keep cleaning it normally. When it didnt get any better, I sought out more reliable advice from an APP certified piercer which was much more helpful. Turns out All American had not given me the quality metal they claimed to use but instead had put stainless steel in my lip and had given me poor advice on how to care for my piercing after I came back with an issue. After replacing my bar with a better quality metal, the problem went away. While the customer service was on point, the quality of information and materials was severely lacking which can be detrimental to the health of customers. I wont be coming back to this shop. I would instead recommend Dark Horse Tattoo to individuals in Stafford looking for quality piercing and advice.

Go to Dark Horse, actually go anywhere but here. My experience was so awful I left extremely angry and on the verge of tears. Im a very forgiving person, but theres not a chance in hell I will ever go back to All American or let anyone I know go here. Everyone was rude and nasty mean. All I needed was a simple adjustment to the bend of my nose stud, and I couldnt do it on my own. The piercer did NOT listen to me and ended up causing my healed nose piercing to bleed all over the place when she tried to put the stud back in. She broke the nose stud I came in with and then charged me for the replacement. I cant express how mad I am at the utter lack of respect I received. They dont care about you, they only care about getting their money.

Giving this place one star is generous. When in to get some info about getting a certain type of tat but the lady that was there didnt show any interest at all. She seem to be giving all of her attention to a lady friend who was not a customer. I found my way to her art books at which time she went out to take a smoke. When she came back in from her smoke break she finally gave me her full attention talking about how valuable her art books where, as if I had come in to destroy them, even pointed out a sign stuck on the counter in ref to being gentle with her books. Never did get the info that I was seeking about a tattoo.......
