I got my nose pierced yesterday. This was my second time getting it pierced. No issues with my piercing so far. I do believe that the professionalism and customer service could use some improvements. After I completed my paperwork I was told to go to the back. The piercer comes out and just start prepping the area of my nose. She did not greet us until my sister, who also was waiting to be greeted with some sort of introduction, spoke. When she finished she proceeded back up front, I didnt know if I was suppose to follow her or what until she said for me to come back up front so she could explain how to take care of it. I go back up front and shes getting money to go somewhere else. She said she would be right back I waited around a little bit for her. I had other arrangements so I asked the lady who worked the register what were the aftercare instructions, she acted as if she was unsure but told me I should probably purchase the H2Ocean spray. I did that and left. I personally feel as though when you are doing a service you should always greet your customer. And the fact that she left without explaining to me what needed to be done thar was very unprofessional. I probably wont return there for any other services. And no Im not saying you have to have a full blown conversation with me but at least say, "Hey my name is ......." Say something, dont just jump right into what youre suppose to be doing. Customer service is VERY important!

2 weeks ago I got my belly button pierced there.the staff were nice but the sad part is that my belly ring started digging into my skin after 7 days.reason being IT WAS PIERCED WAY TOO DEEP (found out this from 2 different piercers!)sadly I had to take it out in order for my skin to heal.go there at your own risk.

I definitely recommend this place to all rocky mount and surrounding cities residents because they are very professional, clean and quick. I have not had any problems with my naval piercing and my sister has not either with her back dermals.

I just went their yesterday and the man that was there. He had a pericing by his lip and nose,he was really nice and walked us through it . Quick and painless and he took care of us like family.I highly recommend going to him.
