Poor service and management, Ive called this shop four different times, sometimes more than once in a day to speak with the owner to see about setting up an appointment to speak with her. I left my name and number for the owner to get back with me, but never did. I have yet to get a call back after she said shed call me back numerous times each day I had called to speak with her. I dont know what else to say, Im not saying they are bad people but when someone says they are gonna call you back, you should call them back to speak with them.

Have three now from Carrie and would not let anyone else do my art work, she is great and trustworthy. This is a new shop hope more people find it. Same process as any other shop, you visit, decide, book the appointment. Staff was great to both my husband and myself.
