Two stars because if you buy something, they know how to use the register. Besides that, I would avoid the copy/print center at all costs. Staff is incredibly, unbelievably slow in printing anything larger than a standard 8.5" x 11" piece of paper. Banner? See you in two days. Maybe. Do not go here to print. Do not go here at all.

Horrible customer service. Every time Ive come here to find something, I end up just walking around with no help at all. Ive tried calling as well and this last time was passed around to three different store employees before one of them just hung up on me. Staples is a great company, why is this location so poorly run?

Can see why poor rating. They say they close at 6 pm on their website and went up there at 5pm and all was dark, locked and closed, not the first time they have closed before their stated time. Can find very little in way of supplies, poor inventory. Checking out is very slow. Never enough personnel available.

I went in to print and laminate a project. Monea at the Copy Center was very helpful and positive. She helped me complete the project, which I am very satisfied with. I would be happy to work with her and this store again.

after I waited for 15 min, only 1 person in the store, at the UPS drop off someone finally came from around the back. "You can just leave it, I got you." Yep, stupid me. The package never left the store.

Gawd;;;;;;;;; How dumb and argumentative can a personclaiming to be a manager be? I walked out of the store because of their lack of knowledge about an advertised laptop and pricing.
