"I here(4/24/2016) to add to my previous comment that still I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EVEN A SINGLE FEEDBACK !!!FROM YOU , after all emails you asked me to write to you as customer service!!" Very poor customer service in regard to "Repair" when item(Laptop in my case) is still under warranty.totally unacceptable. they dont like to hear the case and just repeat their own words in different manners. In repair they just chenged whtever part and at the end of the day , not only the problem existed but also my"WEBCAM " became disabled.here is my case: I bought a dell laptop(Inspiron 7000, both laptop and tablet) and in less than 2 month I found out , a problem called "ghost touches.I took the system to nutley street PAN AM , .It took almost"2 WEEKS" before they call me and say well, we still dont know , whats wrong with your system!!! then 2 days later they call and said , "HARDDRIVE" needs to be changed. they did change the harddrive with what Dell provided them. but only after a couple of days, I found out that "THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS", and this time "WEBCAM ALSO DOES NOT WORK!! PERFECTLY, AFTER REPAIR OF HARDDRIVE!!". I contacted "DELL COMPANY" directly, and "the technician "OVER THE CHAT",found out the problem and told me that this is a "KNOWN LCD PROBLEM" , so I sent it to dell and problem GOT FIXED. but as soon as It came back I took it back to them to fix the problem they caused it"WEBCAM", while my warranty said , it is till "MARCH/16/2016" . the rep took the case but after "another 1 WEEK", they called back, and said we could not confirm your warranty!! and we are sorry!! I really dont understand , how they can be iresponsible of what they sell and how they repair. TO JAMES(CUSTOMER REP)(3/3/2016): I have emailed you this review, together with case repair#, I took the case is there now but after 4 days and 2 times calling, there seems be no"FINAL RESPONSE"!! can you help the case please?(3/4/2016): problem never got resolved . Itake my system out of there without any rapair.and JAMES I "NEVER: Got a response from your email either, Did you have a chance to look at that? any district manager I can talk with, issue is really frustrating , and a matter of shame for the store, I want reveal it to papers.

Theres a lot of selections of computers, computer parts, electronics, etc... However, the computers they sell (laptops, especially), only a few are better than what you can find at BestBuy, imho. Theres no gradient (high, mid, low), theres just high and low end stuff here. I like some of the Microcenter brands (e.g. SD cards), and theyll save you a few bucks. The customer service is hit or miss; depends on who you get that can be able to help you. The sales reps are too friendly that they become unfriendly; they want to help, but their persistent is a nuisance; and then you realize, they just wanted to put their sticker on the boxes/products. Best thing is that they do price-matching with Amazon (product must be sold by Amazon, however, and not a third-party using Amazon). I was able to save over $30 on a mic (probably even more, if you consider shipping) with price matching. Im a repeat customer, because in all, this store has the eye candy stuff, hard to find stuff, the tech guys do seem to know somewhat what theyre being asked and are telling (better than BestBuy), price matching, and is probably the only computer-centric store for a radius of (at least) 100-miles around. I wish they had a better DYI, Makers, or Raspberry Pi-like sections. If this store improves with this last request, I will come back and give them a more favorable review (all things staying the same except this last request). Last thing is their computer repair services. It was almost a total disaster for me. I live about 30 miles out from the store. My computer wouldnt boot up, so I brought it in for troubleshooting. I believe they charged $80 for troubleshooting (x-points troubleshooting checks). The tech told me its a memory problem and I should buy new memory. I brought the computer home, swapped in new memory, and still, the computer wouldnt boot up. I brought the computer back in, and a day later, the tech told me it was a power supply unit (PSU). I said well, which is it? He said the PSU must have gone out as soon as I got home. DOES THIS SOUND FISHY TO ANYONE? At any rate, for sure, I was not going to do this trip over and over again. They had a PSU that could replace the one that was supposedly broken, they swapped it in, allowed me to witness the bootup. So, now, Im 50/50 in terms of trusting these guys.

Extremely poor customer service. I recently purchased every product I needed to build a PC online from Micro Center and when I went to the store to pick it up, I couldnt get one sales person to give me the proper customer service. When I made my build online I realized that I needed some thermal paste for my build so as I went on my search I asked a sales person which one they recommended. The sales person basically told me to get the same one that everyone gets which in my case was not what I was looking for with my computer needs. I was looking for a slightly better that average paste and the sales person didnt seem to care. He didnt even care to listen to what kind of PC I was building to make sure I was getting one that will support the heat. In my frustration, I just walked away and grabbed a thermal paste and headed to the online checkout counter. The clerk handed me my items and began to charge me and he saw that I had a large amount of thermal paste, he offered me one that was smaller but that I would have to go find it. At this point I would expect someone to escort me to the right product since I was spending a large amount of money on this build but, as the clerk flagged down a sales person and informed him of what I was looking for the sales person basically agreed with him and told me to just go back to the thermal paste area and youll find it there. I was extremely surprised by the lack of customer service. You can tell that these people work completely on commission because no one wanted to give me the time of day unless I was buying something specially from them. I even had a hard time asking where the bathroom was, the sales person just said its in the back, and waved me off like he had better things to do than tell a customer where the bathroom was. I highly recommend this place for online pick up only. If you are looking for a car salesmen and want someone to push sales on you then this is the place to go. The only time I got customer service is when the clerk wanted to sell me warranty on all my products, at this point I didnt want to give Micro center another dime. Sure is a shame because I was getting tired of buying PC parts from home I guess this is why you dont see much computer stores any more. No genuine customer service.
