Ihorrible, a bit more than a year I had a lifetime warranty on a apple charger "if breaks or get lost they will replace it for free no questions ask" I dont even need to have a receipt they will have me save on their computer system. knowing how often I was buying new cords for my daughter ipod I thought was a good deal. but two days ago I when to claim what I was promised and the big tall guy with beard was giving me so many excuses for why he didnt want to summit the claim cause Apple Co. would rejected, he told me "look buddy we can argue all day but this is not going to happen ", and I was not even arguing I was explaining what I was promised, unfortunately I got so frustrated and at his attitude, I gave up and I said looking the broken charger on my hand and I said quietly to myself "you got to be F@@# kidding me", "you are such a Clown" But he heard me, and he immediately flipped up and started yelling at me "GET THE F@@#! OUT OF MY STORE, YOU GONNA COURSE IN MY STORE IN FRONT OF MY CUSTOMERS BUDDY, I AM OFF THE CLOCK, WE CAN GO OUTSIDE RIGHT NOW ". at the point I was totally shocked I didnt know what to do if I should stay in the store or going out cause he was 6 feet tall I didnt want to be involved in a fight, so I reached in to my pocket looking for my cellphone to call the police but I didnt have it, so I had no other choice but going out praying that he would go following me, was scary. The guy has some issues. Now I know expressing my frustration and said what said (I usually keep it to myself)was not respectful but I also I was not expecting that he would heard me, I would apologize to the laddy with two baby kids in the stroller but I am sure they never heard me. but ironically I am sure she heard the guys yelling and for that I apologize cause none of that wouldnt happened If I just would it kept it to myself, she didnt had to through all that. It wasnt really about the money what bothered me is about the principal of not getting what you were promised and not even that is more about the attitude that he was having (Cocky and imposing). I just hope no one else have the same experience, My advice to any one " Dont believe in warranties at RADIO SHACK in my experience, keep your frustration to yourself and over all, dont piss him off cause hes gonna offer you to go out on a fight " I worked behind the counter also, and I know there is better way to deal with customers when they are frustrated other than yelling at them and offer them punches. I know he had the right to asked me to leave the store but went too far.

Useless. I spent an hour trying to upgrade my Sprint phone. I ended up having to leave and order the phone on sprints website. When I attempted to select this radio shack as a pick up location, I could not select an appointment time because there were none shown as avaliable. When I attempted to call this radio shack no one even answered the phone. I no longer feel sad about radio shack going out of business. I attempted to show them loyalty and I got nothing.

Its one of the last store left open, still you can find some stuff in there but they are really old and expensive.
