I could write all day about how great Sheila is. She is so welcoming and down to earth, you feel like you could chat with her all day. Zero hard sell on anything, just a friendly expert who will take her time with you, and listen to you. I recently bought my first pair of progressive lenses from her and had a hard time adjusting to them at first. But I hung in there for a couple of weeks, heeding her advice to wear them as much as possible. After exactly two weeks, my brain and eyes adjusted as much as they could, but I felt like they didnt have as wide a field of clear vision as I needed. She said, "oh, you might need more facial wrap in the frames". She adjusted them ever so slightly with her heater so they curved around the front of my face a little more. Presto - it was instantly like a new, better pair of glasses. That was enough to make the correction sharper all around. I was already a fan of Sheila before, but this was the icing on the cake. I look forward to buying more glasses from her in the future!

In a disposable world, it is nice to know there is still a business that understand the need to make repairs instead of buying new. Brooks Optical is that place for eyeglass repairs. Sheila was fantastic and more than willing to help me out of a jamb when my metal frame glasses snapped. She made the repair quickly and professionally. She was also a pleasure to talk with and made her customer feel wanted and appreciated. Great service from friendly people is something we could all use more of. Glad I found this little shop..I will be back with its time for new glasses.

I love this place! The frame selection was excellent and Sheila Brooks is super friendly and nice. She is also knowledgeable and answered all my questions, including helping me pick out frames that suited my face. My insurance was accepted, Blue View Vision. And I just got my glasses today and I love them! Also, my other glasses were broken, and after mentioning it she fixed them for free so I could use them until my new ones came in. She mentioned that she is the only place that solders. Awesome. I would definitely recommend Brooks Optical.

let me start by saying im old; meaning ive been to a lot of optical stores & this store is by far the best store ever!!! that includes, selection, price, & most important service!! you just cant find this type of service & quality anymore. will never go anywhere but brooks for they are true professionals.
