I love this place and have been going there for 16 years. The staff (with one exception) is very friendly and down to earth .John is an outstanding and very helpful staff member who has been there for the entire time I have been a patient. He is one of the main reasons I keep going back. My Dr. (Mazeas ) is excellent and helped diagnose several problems I had with my eyes that were serious. Tish is very sweet and friendly and I like seeing her when I go there for my exams. The only weak link is one employee named Janella who is rude and appears not to like her job very much. I had to wait for months for a backup pair of polycon contacts to be mailed to me because she wouldnt send them insisting I pick them up in person. They have been sent to me several times in the past and were replacement lenses. I was working 2 jobs at the time and couldnt go in to pick them up and I told her that. What eventually happened was after 5 months passed I got a letter from her with a bill for the lenses. I called and she acted like she didnt know about it and mailed them. Ridiculous. I offered to pay for them on the phone right from the start if she would just mail them.Had it not been for everyone else there I would have never gone back. Regardless, I recommend this place highly.

Bad experience. I went there to get new stock of contact lenses. Although, I had good insurance which covered many types of lenses for free, this employee gave me lenses which were not covered even after me telling him that I want to try covered lenses. Just making customers stupid for making money. Also, not a very good experience with doctor too. I wouldnt recommend.

They staff made me feel very welcome. I had not been to the eye doctor in a while in fact the only reason I went was because dmv would not let me drive without getting my eyes checked. The staff there helped me getting an exam and I ended up needing glasses. Prices are good and they accepted my insurance pain I would recommend them

I have been seeing Dr. Hettler for 20+ years and am always satisfied that all my questions and concerns are answered. The office staff helps me pick great glasses that I get many compliments on. A great experience overall.
