Lord there are not enough stars to describe Tom hes just great along with his staff when I first went in years ago l was made to feel like family. Tom is kind, friendly,patient,and very professional hes just a good man You can feel it and Im a good judge of people so if you like business who care about you and not just your pocket I recommend Tom Kirkland for you.

Tom and his team are incredibly helpful. Rather than make me wait and come back, Tom quickly tended to my issue and then charged me less than half what I expected to pay. The showroom of designer frames is awesome - amazing selection. Frame prices are very competitive, too. I highly recommend you take your eye Rx to Tom Kirtland Opticians.

I went to Tom a month or so ago to replace lenses in my glasses. As Id just moved to Richmond, my old optician had sent me replacement lenses. Tom kindly put them in (free of charge) and was extremely friendly. Excellent customer service. I plan to come back here the next time I need a new pair of glasses. For sure.
