I had a fantastic experience at Gemstone Creations. After doing hours of research on different jewelry shops in Fredericksburg, I decided to purchase my fiances engagement ring from Linda at Gemstone Creations. I first came to their shop to preview engagement rings and ask if they would be willing to set a stone I had purchased from an online vendor. They were extremely helpful, gave me all the information I needed on the components of a ring, and made me feel cared for as a customer. Perhaps the best thing about my visit that day was that I never felt like I was being sold anything. I left the shop knowing I would be back to make the official purchase. About a week later, I went back to Gemstone Creations with my stone and purchased the engagement ring. Just two weeks after that, they were finished with it and it looked beautiful! Since giving it to my fiance, she loves the ring and we have gotten many comments on how beautiful it is. Thank you Linda and the team at Gemstone Creations for not only creating a beautiful ring, but helping me in a way that made me feel like I was very cared for and valued as a customer. My fiance and I will definitely be back soon to purchase our wedding bands!

Friendly and knowledgable staff. They replaced a gem in a ring with comparable quality stone, which fell out and lost on first wearing. They cheerfully replaced quickly with no question under warranty. They gave me free verbal estimate on inherited jewelry for quality and price. They are now my go to place for repairs and new jewelry. Close free street parking isnt a problem if you go in the morning.

I have been a loyal customer of Gemstone for several years, ever since Nancy took the time to determine which of the 12 strands of pearls left by my mother were actually real(only 3). Since then I have bought several items of jewelry there, both new and estate, and have had several pieces remade, restrung or resized. I dont shop anywhere else!
