I went there based on the referral of a friend, and was not disappointed. They worked with me to custom-design an engagement ring that absolutely blew my fiancees mind. The whole process was great - they did a nice job educating me on all the key considerations, and were very accommodating throughout the process. Prices are very reasonable as well. I compared them to many other area retailers, as well as the prominent online sellers, and for what I got they beat everyone. If youre in the market for custom jewelry, do yourself a favor and go see them.

Very nice business that we have used to create a personalize ring for our daughter based on her initials - beautifully done - as a graduation present, to fix, clean and adjust other pieces that we have, and to appraise a few pieces of jewelry that were passed down to use from family. Nice people. Excellent work performed in a timely manner.

Best place in Richmond for unique jewelry designs. You will not believe how beautiful your old stones can be in a new design. Susan is very creative. They also repair jewelry other places have said could not be fixed. Their jewelry is also lovely. A small but important jewelry destination!

Beautiful! My husband to be worked with Susan and her husband Bill to create a one of a kind engagement ring. Susan designed an amazing ring and Bill made sure quality stones were used. I have no idea why you would go anywhere else! I get so many compliments on my ring! I love it!
