Are these people still in business? They ruined the case-back on my husbands Longines Dolce Vita Watch when they were located in the shopping Center By trying to install a battery. Then tried to pass off the watch to him with the Caseback broken ! If they arent Authorized or qualified to open a Longines watch they should admit it and dont touch it. Rather then ruin something tht cost $900.00 to repair their errors. Will never go to their jewelry repair for anything again. Will instead take it to Crown Jewelers in Fredericksbrug, Va, it may be further away but Crown is authorized repair for Rolex, Longines and other high quality brands

Tompkins jewelers have been used by my extended family for years. My husband and I trust them with every piece of jewelry we have and Sheila takes wonderful care of us. I have a piece of jewelry from another jeweler, and I take the piece to Sheila despite it not being from her store because Tompkins is trustworthy and responsible.

Really like the personal touch this jeweler gives. Always the same people working that know my tastes and more importantly my wifes likes and dislikes. Very knowledgeable and were able to bring my wedding band back to its original condition! They now have a customer for life.
