BEWARE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My friend wanted us to rent our suits from here. From the beginning I showed up for all of my appointments to get fitted and I paid what was owed on time. The suits came in on Monday the week of the wedding. They are open from 11-5, but closed on Tues. SO they told us that we had to come in and try them on Mon and that they had someone special coming in to do any adjustments. I told them that I will not to make that time because of my work schedule which is 10-6:30. I told them I can do later or I can do earlier which would work best for me. They told us that they are going to have a special time for us on Tues and that they were going to come in on their day closed JUST FOR US, BUT guess what hours they decided to come in THATS right their normal business hours that everyone besides the groom and one of the groomsman was not able to make the time. Then I had the lady Ann call me and give me a ear full because the wedding party is not trying to participate and that they are going above and beyond for us and MY JOB should not work me so many hours and that they should let me LEAVE MY JOB to drive and try on this suit and measurements. REMIND YOU they told us this time ON MONDAY the day prior to when they having this special time dedicated to us and that we need to make the time set aside for us that they did not discuss with the Groom or the Bride if this time fit anyone. AND I BEEN TELLING these people for weeks now that I can come in early 9 9:30, but they want to come at me and point fingers and making it seem like they are trying to do all of this extra stuff for us when from the beginning that time frame did not work for majority of the party. My suit is fine, shoes fit small, shirt was extremely big but I am able to manage for the event but waste of $200. AND COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS BUSINESS! Spend $200 at mens warehouse at least they big enough to not have the issues that this small businesses seems to have on inventory and not be able to be more flexable. maybe if the prices were cheaper I would say suck it up.

Crying is not how I imagined ending my dress buying experience. My family was in town for one day to help. Arriving we were greeted with smiles but I had to fend for myself putting dresses on. The ones that were too big I had to ask for clips to make it tighter which my family put on. No one could tell me how much alterations would cost the FOUR times I asked over the months. It took 3 months to find someone else to do them. The wrong size was originally ordered and I almost left the parking lot before realizing a size 16 was put in instead of a 10. The owner pressured me into buying a sash from them after saying they may not have it later on and kept saying I shouldnt buy it online because she had to pay her employees. I couldnt return it. The sales girl who was very sweet to me is the only thing that made me go through with the purchase that day. When I went to go try on my dress when it came in I was met with zero enthusiasm. I felt rushed out of there and cried all the way home. I was informed after the dress came in that a fee would be tacked on PER DAY if the dress was left there. When your wedding is 5 months out thats quite a bit added to the purchase of the dress especially when no one can tell you how much alterations could end up being. I had to pray my fiancé would not accidentally see it at the house for months! This experience should have been such a happy one but I still cringe looking back.

I am glad I chose Formal Envy for my wedding gown. Everyone is really nice and helpful and makes you feel comfortable, which is very important because shopping for your wedding gown is already an overwhelming experience. I originally chose them because I was looking for a specific designer and gown, which they carried. However, I saw another gown elsewhere and they were able to order it for me and offer a better price! When my gown came in, we noticed that it was the wrong size. It was only 1 size larger and wasnt super noticeable, as alterations would have been needed either way. But once we brought it to Craigs attention, he immediately called the manufacturer. After confirming that they indeed sent the wrong size, he did not charge me for having to take in the dress and gave me a certificate to cover the cost of my gown preservation after my wedding! I hadnt made a fuss about the situation, so I wasnt even expecting the discount or extras, but that is the ultimate customer service and really made an impression. Prudencia, the seamstress, is the nicest lady and did a great job with my alterations, bustle, and some extra beading I had added to the dress. Really good service and prices. Im ordering my veil from them too. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Did not like my experience at all. They didnt greet my fiancé and I with a smile and acted like we were an inconvenience to them for being there. We had an appointment to get some info and get fitted for tuxes for him and one of his groomsman. The lady put a book in front of us, went over what is what and walked away. Although she stood behind the desk the whole time, I felt it was very impersonal and unprofessional. I had questions to ask and she was just very grumpy about it. I would like to be able to see tuxes before we purchase them! But that wasnt an option we had. I wanted to leave almost as soon as we sat down. My fiancé also wasnt impressed. Almost ruined our day as this is supposed to be something exciting and fun and it wasnt fun at all. She wasnt friendly or happy at all. I highly recommend Mens Warehouse instead - theyre awesome!!

Formal Envy made my dress experience easy. While they did not have the exact dress that I was looking for as a floor model, it was so easy to trust in their expertise that I was comfortable enough to buy the dress through their store without even trying it on! I just knew that the dress was for me, and the staff at Formal Envy confirmed my thoughts when we looked at the dress together. When the dress came in, it was "flawless" as Kraig would like to say. I am thrilled that Kraig gave me the time and attention necessary to pick out the perfect dress for me. So friendly, so professional!

In finding the perfect wedding dress I had some obstacles in my way! I went to other stores before finding Formal Envy Bridal and was treated like a checkbook not one of them asked about my likes/dislikes or anything, but walking into this store I was immediately greeted with a smile and look of understanding. All of the staff was helpful and kind and honest with me. Id recommend them to anyone they go above a beyond to make your experience one that youll NEVER want to forget!!
