Worst experience ever. I visited this shop with one of my best friends as her bridesmaid. She had set an appointment far ahead of time and we arrived around 10-15 minutes earlier. Someone did approach us to ask if we had an appointment, which we did and then she said they would "get to us when they had time." So we wait a while, start to look around. We even picked out a few dresses for her to try on and placed them on a free rack. After being completely ignored for about a half hour, we finally took the dresses and stood at the counter so they couldnt avoid seeing us. Finally someone(the owner) approached us, scolded us for touching the dresses and said my friend could only try on 5. She just grabbed some from us and put the rest back on the rack. When we finally got around to having a dressing room, the consultant than informed us that she had to be in the dress room the whole time! My friend has been through a lot and is understandably very uncomfortable undressing in front of a complete stranger. She expressed this and they just insisted that it was policy so that we wouldnt "hurt the dresses." The owner then approached and continued to insist that we "couldnt possibly know how to put on these dresses properly." My friend then asked if they could meet us half way, by allowing her to undress and step into the dresses alone, and then they could come in and do any buttoning or lacing up. They still said no. At this point, the other bridesmaid just asked the bride if we should just leave. Hearing this, the owner said that she could make an exception, but that this was her "going all the way, and not meeting half way." Like she was doing us some huge favor! So my friend finally got around to trying on the first dress. The whole time my friend was in the dressing room, the owner kept trying to explain to me why she really shouldnt let us be alone with the dress. It was not a good fit, and to avoid anymore drama, we decided she should only try a couple more. There was one on the mannequin that she fell in love with, so we asked if she could try that one on. Immediately, the owner changed her mind and insisted that she absolutely had to be in the room for that dress. That was the last straw and we left. The whole incident gave my friend a panic attack and had her nearly in tears. Im sorry, but whatever value your dresses have, it is not more important than a persons right to privacy. And treating people like children and speaking to them in a nasty degrading tone is no way to do business. I will never return and I will continue to advise people to avoid this place like the plague.

I was super excited reading all the positive feedback on their facebook page. So in being the best MOH I could be , we set up an apt for my best friends upcoming wedding. From the moment we walking in the door it was a disaster! The consultant greeted us with a bad attitude. When asking my BF what she was looking for my BF looked at me and asked me to describe her dream dress. Being BFs for 20 years means we had , had a ton of time to discuss our dream weddings. She told my BF to not listen to anyone else that the MOHs opinion did not matter!!! So my BF again described what she was looking for, saying exactly what I had just said. The consultant then went to pull dresses. She returned with dresses that were not even remotley close to what we had told her! Then as my BF tried on dresses they were all wayyyyyy to big for her. The consultant kept saying everything can be altered. We quickly came to realize they not only sell dresses that are extreamly over priced for being used dresses, but they are also selling overpriced alterations! When I suggested to my BF, infront of the consultant, that we go look through the racks, the consultant quickly and rudely replied that was not allowed! So my BFs mom got up and went to look through the racks anyways. She was then scolded by the consultant for going through the racks. At this point we were so emotioanlly drained. There were a few more dresses to try on so my BF kept quiet and tried on the last few dresses. There was one dress that we all loved. My BFs mom walked over to take a closer look and adjust the train.... the consultant told her to have a seat that we were not allowed to touch the dresses. My BFs mom then went to the other consultant to ask her about puling a few dresses that we would like to see her in. She did pull the dresses and when our consultant saw that we had gone to another employee she told my BFs mom that she was our consultant and all questions should be addressed to her. My BF was frazzled by this point and decided she has been though enough. We left the store and had lunch. I suggested we go to DB and look at some dresses there. We walked in and were taken back to a dressing room within a few minutes. The greeting was so nice. Our conultant there was awesome. We had heard horror stories about DB, but our experiance there was amazing. She found her dream dress!!! I do not recommend Bliss to anyone!!!

When I made my appointment on the phone and spoke with the owner, she was extremely kind and informative on what to bring to the fitting. I had been to other bridal shops to try on gowns and none of them told me how the process works and what to bring. I was already very excited just by speaking to her through the phone! When me and my fiancee arrived for our appointment we were immediately greeted and were offered a beverage. The owner sat down with us and wanted a thorough knowledge of what I was looking for from style to price. She was lovely! My fiancee also felt very comfortable and relaxed for being there as well. We walked around the entire store going through dresses I may like and some to just try on. I was very pleased with their collections and prices. Just about every dress I tried on was brand new and in excellent condition! She took me back to the dressing room which was BEAUTIFUL and spacious (Davids Bridal didnt even have mirrors in their dressing rooms and was so tight inside!). Everything was so elegant and clean. She assisted me in my dresses and explained to me about the whole process of trying dresses on and what to look for in a dress (other stores I went to did none of this and was not interested in me at all). When trying dresses on she let me wear the dress for a great amount of time and did not rush me at all. Explained how everything worked on the dress as well. After finalizing the top 2 dresses she had me try them on again with heels and gave me a veil and flowers to go with the look. She had me walk towards a mirror so I could see what I would look like as a bride on the special day! She did an amazing job with making this experience special and memorable . I am so glad I purchased my dress from Bliss Bridal. I left the bridal store with a big smile on my face. I highly recommend Bliss Bridal!
