I am Getting married next month out of town.My Bridal shop that myself and my Bridal party are using is Bridal Elegance .They didnt have the dress that I wanted my 14 year old daughter to wear in the wedding.Someone highly recommended Bella to me.I called and inquired about the dress .I was interested in for my daughter.I spoke with Karen .She was great at communicating with me through email .When we went to our appointment.It was two young ladies who assisted us.That appointment was ok.They were Definetely not as friendly,professional or welcoming .As the PHENOMINAL customer service I have received at Bridal Elegance.I went two weeks ago to pick up my daughters dress.We were not greeted when we walked in.No one was visible.We were the only customers in the store.As we walked towards the back .A lady came out and said Oh HI ! I told her I was picking up the dress for my daughter.Gave her the name,she said YEP got it.Handed me the dress and said have a good day.I kept my professionalism but I wanted to give her some advise.On providing good customer service.I asked her where could my daughter try the dress on?Her response we dont do alterations here.In which Im already aware of that.And I told her I was aware.She says you can go in there if you want.We came out of the fitting room .I asked the lady what She thought about the fit.She did share her thoughts .She continued to rush us and said whoever does the alterations will get you straight.Once my daughter got dressed .We came out no one was visible again.We left we were never told goodbye or a thank you .For the business.Not to mention the mesh on this Wtoo gown was so cheaply made.The dress doesnt seem like the best quality at all.Dissapointed about that as well.I spent over 200 dollars for it and we are stuck with it at this point.Your business Definetely didnt deserve my money or my time .I spent close to 5,000 in Bridal Elegance.And the owner and her team provide their clients with outstanding service.They definitely make you feel appreciated .With a stellar experience.They greet you as soon as you walk in .Not to mention a consultant stays with you the entire appointment! I will never recommend this shop to anyone here in the area.I shared my experience with the owner at my shop.And my Bridal consultant they couldnt believe the service that was given to me.

I have gone in twice now (in the past month) to try on and purchase 2 separate bridesmaids dresses and had a GREAT experience both times. The women who work there were accommodating and helpful. I wear a larger size and I didnt feel like I was treated differently or made to feel bad about it. They worked with me to find a dress in the right material/color/fit/cut that I wanted. I have nothing but great things to say about them! My dress was ordered and came in 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Its unfortunate to see negative reviews of this shop. My only comment to people who werent pleased with ordering times/prices for fast delivery is this- locally-owned, independent shops cannot compete with websites or large chain stores on quick shipping and lower prices. You cannot fault them for higher payments on rush orders. That is out of their control. You also need to be aware of "bridal season" "prom season" "formal season"...this isnt just a made up thing. There are busy times of year for these industries. You cannot fault them on being delayed on things or not doing things in the time frame YOUD like. These dresses are typically made to order, so it obviously can take some time! This shop was one of the most pleasant bridesmaid shopping experiences Ive had and Ive been in 4 weddings. I dont appreciate walking into a shop and feeling like I am an inconvenience but that is something I can let slide if the bride is happy. But then when we ordered our dresses we were sent a confirmation for a specific amount stating that was the amount that would be drafted out of our account. Then when they finally put the order thru a week later they add the designer fee for plus sizes without informing us of them. When we called to ask why we werent informed of it we were answered with a "snotty" well it says it could be applied. They will not be getting mine or any of my friends business after this transaction.

Absolutely amazing store! I used the Richmond store for my own wedding and then ordered through them again for a friends wedding. Having 12 bridesmaids, and most being out of state, it was great to have someone I could trust. All dresses were delivered on time and all my bridesmaids said the order process was easy and they were very pleased with their dresses. I had a great experiencing when ordering through the store for a friends wedding. Great customer service, great store. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful store! Staff are very friendly, accommodating, and willing to work with your wants and budget. The owner worked with my group while we tried on just about every dress in the store until we found "the one"! Dresses shipped exactly when expected. Recommend this store to all brides!

Bella Bridesmaid of Richmond charged me a ridiculously overpriced $25 for 2-day shipping. I didnt received my bridesmaid dress for 4 business days and when I asked for a refund, it was refused.
